How do you think we should pair up?

I was thinking we might "elect" a townread who then gets to select someone of their choice to partner up with. The partner then selects someone for the second pair and so on until only one person is left.

I'm not sure how else we're going to have scum be unselected here?

Maybe we can have 1st person selected pick a nullread to pair with. That person will pick a townread to form a new pair and so on. As long as nobody picks a scumread until last, it might work out

Everyone picks one person so it's not decided beforehand who is going to die. It will weed out players who are considered scummy and will also give us information on who everybody wants to save. That's a lot of information.

Of the rest I have a light to strong town read on, and I figure at least 1 or 2 of those reads are wrong and they are probably scum.

Its not solid but with the game mechanics its harder to sort people out.

This is about the vaguest reads I have ever seen. Is there anyone you think might not be scum? Out of the failed player section, is there anyone you would want to pair up with?

was this a joke or was it really intended for Kuroi? were you/are you townreading him?

Yeah I'm townreading Kuroi. His approach with Snarky reminded me of the "Pokemon: ep 6" game where he acted the same around Snarky and where he was town. He couldn't mention that before, but the game has finished now, so feel free to check that game yourself. I've modded a number of games Kuroi played in as both town and scum, so I'd like to think I can read Kuroi pretty well.
