How do you suggest I "prove" my claim. It's mod confirmed that a recruiter is in the game. I haven't been counterclaimed. We were the only two people in the neighborhood. I tried to recruit someone last night, but that action failed because my enabler died. And now I have a hood only I can post in. It makes complete sense to have only two people in the neighborhood to start with, since we had the ability to recruit people.
