Plotinus was born in Budapest to Anna and Lajos Erdős. They discovered the theory of gravity after an apple fell on their head, but were forced to publish under a male pseudonym and never received credit or payment. They were eventually murdered by assassins who chased them into a field full of beans, which they were unwilling to cross for religious reasons. After their death, Plotinus's last theorem would not be proven for hundreds of years.

By it's nature the set-up is broken by mass claim if scum don't get safeclaims, we should just be gathering all roles.

With what benefit? I don't see any benefit in getting all of the town roles - each member knows their role already and can probably find it fairly easily so it's not a matter of that. I also doubt that alignments have been changed. Finding scum roles is useful as it helps us to work out problems which will inevitably turn up later in regards to night actions.

Besides, scum will do it regardless.

I townread Davsto but don't like the reasoning here, this is far too easily fakeable a thing to warrant a townread. Seems like an excuse to throw someone who's assuming town leader role in to the town pile early

This criticism prompted me to look at the bolded question he asked again... and I misread and interpreted it as "Are the roles in this game based off Plotinus's roles, or any roles of games he was in?" I'm not sure how I did that, but now I agree that the bolded question I quoted deserves far less to be townread, if at all, based on the reasoning I gave. Disregard! (Interjection still stands however, I don't believe it's worthwhile to discuss town/scum roles yet)
