Far vs parama was one of the reasons this game was a shitshow and part of the reason I couldn't get into the game

I think the major balance issue was that the scum had answers for all the town power. It's the reason scum win rates are so bloody high. Give scum everything so even if they brutally misplay (like they did this game) they have options. No catchup mechanisms if the town misplays though, then they deserve their loss. So it only takes mediocre scum play to win even against very good town play.

TLDR: the roleblocker was too much.

Sure, but you lost your strongest role day 1, then lost another scum day 2. So your play was decent, but that's not a situation that should be salvaged with less than "legendary". In town terms that's like mislynching three days straight.
