Good luck explaining to Mcmenno why you think curing his poust restriction is less important than the foreigner responsible for it.
I think he has 5 votes.

"I've figured out an important detail to resolving all of this," someone says excitedly.
"oh?" replies someone else.
"yeah, here's the thing: all of the people here reliably have an opinion on whether dogs or cats are better."
"I don't see how that's useful."
suddenly, the booming voice from the sky interrupts. "I would just like to remind you all that flavor text in votecounts should not be taken as evidence that any detail in the questionnaire correlates to anything that's going on right now. don't read too much into it, y'all."
"besides," says the second person. "we still haven't addressed the issue of what the hell the supposedly omnipotent booming voice in the sky represents, like, on a literary level."
mod notes: Secret Agent Jin is V/LA until January 16.
One could guess some of the winning answers on the questionnaire already. For instance, most people preferred a humorous flavor.

if it is "normal" there isn't a jester
I don't think it is a normal
therefore,
there could be a jester
no, nothing has indicated to me yet that there is a jester to any hard degree, but I do generally see self-voting as a suicide move and then I have to take into account if it is intentional suicide or accidental
either way, wariness is warranted, imo

You all are going to do it as you do it, but I encourage NOT DOING IT, for the betterment of the game and for yourselves individually. Just don't talk about it. Further, just know that I will not be talking about it and will react poorly to those who try to get me to do otherwise.

I NEED TO KNOW FOR RESEARCH PURPOSES because i have STRONG REASON to believe the questionnaire ANSWERS are part of the game EXPERIENCE,, you can abstain from answering if you want but understand that i have REASONS,,
Can you tell me why you showed concern twice for votes on mcmenno but haven't asked about any other votes?

not really in that context/the way you are framing that, no
I didn't even realize I'd done that until you pointed it out
I was just curious about them more than others, I'd guess (or that I understood others more than those), but there was no "focus" on them for me other than the votes drew my attention
upon reflection now - I have noticed that he gets voted a lot on D1, and I don't quite understand it, and with that knowledge I do think scum may feel they're more likely to get a D1 mislynch on mcmenno than someone else
so maybe it was a subconscious defense of him, having seen that pattern happen in the past and balked at it because I don't understand (that is something I do all the time, in life, balk at what I don't understand if it keeps happening)

at the time the curiousity about the votes were less about mcmenno, and more about understanding the individual voting, that the individuals voting mcmenno drew my attention says more to me about the voters than the votee, again, upon reflection
