Hilariously enough, what camn thought was a misplay, was actually damning to the Carya slot.

Once I had DONE it, I planned on that strategy....I was really nervous Cary was going to out my vengeful status in-thread and ruin it....which is why I was rushing Prism
But I still shouldn't have done it. I debated in my mind...and blabbed it out right before the night ended. Ug! I'm usually so tight with secrets!

No, no, it was specifically about how he posts catchup walls all the time in his other games and it's normal for him not to comment on what's going on in the now.
You can be a lurker and still comment on the game as it's happening. Which is what he normally does. :V

That's because I'd post my catchup, go do RL, and come back to more pages. I was overwheled. I'm not scared to actually play scum. I just could not keep up.

Actually, you're right there was a difference. The fact that this game took place in late August and early September so fantasy football took over as my #1 online priority.

Hey that makes me really glad. Never sure if anyone except fanatics like mastina actually end up using any of it. I tried to put in everything I would've wanted as a player, even little things like the VCs in the game thread linking back to the "Current VC" and the VCs in the "Votecounts" sections linking to their corresponding VCs in the game thread that would streamline things for me just that little bit if I was poring over stuff.

Never actually ended up having to use any Gap VCs which was good.

Incidentally: it completely and totally slipped my mind that scum got to choose their roles in pregame.
Having that knowledge would have helped in setup spec quite a lot. Though on the other hand it'd also have cast me in somewhat-negative light, in that me having a neighbor = me having communication behind closed doors which I DO exploit as scum. (I just exploit it as town, too. )

I don't think I would ever give that role to scum. I dislike scum neighbors and the only reason why this game had a scum neighborizer was because of how much I liked the Vig Maker as a scum role.
