Mod, can we get a clarification on whether or not night kills must be submitted by a godfather?

Although I cannot speak on LML's behalf, I have not enforced this rule. Any player in the mafia may send in a kill, either at night or even prior to night. However, the Godfather role is not pointless as far as nightkill choices go: the Godfather

will

have precedence over other players. For example, if the Godfather were the first player to send in a kill, and later a partner sent in a kill, the Godfather's choice would take precedence.
