Woah, Page 1 quickly begins the bandwagon train…nothing like a newbie to rock the boat.
Yay, haven’t played with an active BM in awhile.
Page 2, lost among the fluff between BM and Seraphim. IF Bm does anything, he does get conversation started.
Page 3-4 arguing over game theory. Jesus Christ..stop with the post pyramids.
Caught up…
Hoopla, no lynches are bad (at this point)…this is a newbie tell, nothing more.
Vote Sir Tornado,
I understand newbies attacking newbies for newbie tell, but you should know better…and even though you are not currently voting Hoopla, you jumped on that because…?
Why did you feel like Hoopla was scummy and deserving of your vote?NO YOU'RE OVER DEFENSIVE-

What is your point? You should have known that when you voted him when his wagon was hot. I assume it wasnt a joke vote because you would have said it by now.Sir Tornado wrote:
Yep. You would realize that I ended up unvoting him and concluding that he is not scummy on page 4.CKD wrote: and you know he is a newbie right?
umm, It is called scum hunting, maybe if you had some experience you would know that. It wasnt a defense of you, I felt his vote reasoning was suspect.Hoopla wrote:
I realize I'm a newbie, but I didn't join in this game just so I can play the newbie card, so you don't need to keep dealing it to me. Read through page 1.unvote, vote Sensfan,
same question that went to SIr Tornado..but doubled for you because you are doing it after only reading page one. This looks like someone who is trying to look like they are participating but not really doing anything.
also explain to me why voting after reading only page or 1 or page 3, when the rest of the group is on page 7 is pro-town.NO YOU'RE OVER DEFENSIVE-

you address BM's post After my vote and question of you...you address my request for you acknowledge my vote and questions..but you refuse to answer my questions which have nothing to do with a reread...SensFan wrote:I hope you realize I haven't even finished reading the thread yet...

ok, I am officially caught up...that was quit a read for I was about 10 pages or so back.
I am not sure exactly what the case on tubby is, I see some questionable actions, but I dont see anyone putting forth a firm case...just pressure. I dont see that he is being "aggressively defensive" and think that is a bullshit reason to attack anyone. People get angry they get defensive. Townie thinks that their wagon is being lead by scum, they get "defensive"...Scum thinks that they are getting to heat and instead of attacking, get "defensive"...it is a null tell at best. What I think is a better scum tell are those you jump on a wagon based on someone being overly defensive......
I felt like OMGL actually had some points against Sir T, but once people came out and said they didnt like his case
I felt that OMGL had some merit in his case against Sir T...but when he case didnt get traction...he abandons it and jumps back on tubby....why is voting who you think is scum, unproductive? Is your vote on tubby anymore productive?
Sens and Nat, explain the vote on Tubby.
is there anything I missed that I need to address?

Going back to about page 25 to update thoroughly.
I remember that at the end of my read (page 25) I felt like anyone attacking tubby based on being aggressively defensive was sticking out as scum. I was planning to vote Xly, but got called away from the game. Now need to read…typing as reading.
My question to you would have been so? Lets say for the sake of argument he was being “aggressively denfensive”. Explain to me why that is scummy.Natirasha wrote:
Yes.curiouskarmadog wrote:do you still feel that tubby is being aggressively defensive?...
Not much on 26 IMO
Page 27, everyone is now starting to come out about how against the tubby wagon they are (Xyl, Shanba)…what does that mean? Who knows. Something to note though.
I agree tubby shouldn’t be lynched…(now do I fall in that category to note?)
(681) hoopla lurker hunts (votes hammer)
(682)Xyl follows
(684) is not moving is vote from OGML, but doesn’t like the hammer either (hate this post)
Another gut read conversation involving vollkan. Man, you are going to have to get over that vollkan..people do it. Day 1 A LOT of people do it.
(692) long posts, end with a hammer vote.
Not sure why hammer is getting heat but not Sir T?
Claus is in the game..I like him…good people.
Hammer claims miller (702)votes self (sort of)
(704) seraphim as no problem jumping on wagon.
(707) Xyl votes hammer again.
(709) so does Nat.
Like claus’ (710) post.
Vollkan/XLY theory discussion about millers.
(727) hammer unvotes self, but does vote anyone else…hmmm.
YesOhGodMyLife wrote:So can I get some support for a Sir T wagon yet or what?
Shanba and Nat have no problem instantly jumping on the wagon…hoopla too
Well, I would have, but I don’t like the quality of the people (nat and Hoopla) on that wagon…
Think instead of jumping on yet another lurker hunting wagon…I will join a wagon of someone that is actually scummy AND lurkerish..
Vote Seraphim
OGML and Shanba…your thoughts on Sera?NO YOU'RE OVER DEFENSIVE-

This is all moot at this point (for now)...but, it wasnt just that(and it was stated VERY clearing so I am not sure why you are over looking that). I didnt like the vote in general (for the same reason's Sir T voted Hoopla). What I found scummy about Sensfan, a lot had happened since Page 1, knowing that, why vote? It was reckless. why not read THEN vote? I felt like he was trying to look like he was doing something (voting after the end of every page of his read) without really doing anything. I found the vote on hoopla conveinent because he was getting heat at the time. i also didnt like the way he ignored my questions. But during his "reread", he was still posting in thread (obviously reading the current page at the time)....the whole thing seemed (and now looking over it again seems) scummy to me.iamausername wrote:
I'm still waiting on an explanation from ckd as to how SensFan's voting while he caught up was scummy. This is a really big point of contention for me.

you know..I take that back..it is not moot..
just reading over that again, sends off alarms. I like my vote where it is, but Sens...your current thoughts on tubby, you still think he is the lynch?..why? Your thoughts on the miller claim?...and since you and Sir T shared I like mind early in the game...your thoughts on his wagon now?NO YOU'RE OVER DEFENSIVE-

I disagree I feel I gave pretty good explanation for my vote from page 7.iamausername wrote:
Yes it was. You might have added further justification later, but you originally voted for Sens based entirely on this. That is the part I have a problem with.curiouskarmadog wrote:it wasnt just that(and it was stated VERY clearing so I am not sure why you are over looking that)
Really? If he hadn’t read think he claims there could be a ton of stuff that happened that would make this vote reckless. How did he know we weren’t close to lynching anyone? You and I did because we had read. Why didn’t he care? I called bullshit on the fact that he hadn’t read. By voting and not stating he hadn’t read, he doesn’t take any responsibility for his vote….just didn’t like it.iamausername wrote:
Why not vote? Nobody was remotely close to a lynch at that time, so how, exactly, was it reckless?
That depends. I didnt like his vote on Hoopla. I dont know what I would have done at the time, but I will say probably not. I probably would have kept my vote on Sir T and just asked Sens to answer the same question that Sir T did. What really got me going at the time was that Sens initial defense of his vote was….”I haven’t read”…well then why fucking vote?iamausername wrote:
If he had instead just pointed out his suspicions from the first few pages, without voting based on them, would you still be saying this?
---
I don’t know where I stand on the Miller claim. I have only been in one game where someone claimed Miller 1 (within in the first 2 pages). He was vigged and he was indeed a miller. I think I would rather vote someone I feel is scummy then a claimed miller…but I don’t know at what point you press the issue. I can not think of game that scum claimed Miller. I am sure it happens…I can see why scum would do that Day 1 (or after a cop investigation).NO YOU'RE OVER DEFENSIVE-

curious Seraphim, if you compare your content versus Der Hammer's, who do you think has more content and game discussion...please explain why.Seraphim wrote:I like my vote where it is. Der Hammer's lack of actual content until he was attacked leads me to believe he is active-lurking. His miller claim smells. I'd be a lot less willing to lynch him if his miller claim had come closer to the beginning of the game rather than when he was attacked. Instead, it only comes when he is attacked. Therefore, I like my vote.

Updating form page 38, typing as reading.
It is not like the posts are that hard to find…if you really wanted to answer them, you would have done so by now, but I will play along with your little game.Seraphim wrote:

Something about Hoopla’s posts (interaction with Sir T) is coming up scummy to me. Too much talk about theory to back his motivations. I just am not liking it.curiouskarmadog wrote:
