We're waiting for BMC to come back and claim anything other than cop or jailkeeper. Then we dangle him with a sturdy necktie, etc.

And if he does claim cop or jailkeeper? I'm afraid I don't see what you have to gain by this. If he claims cop or jailkeeper it begs the "real" cop or jk to CC him. If no one CCs, we get off him and we allow the cop or the jailkeeper to be killed (since jailkeeper roleblocks as well as protects, JK would have to choose between keeping cop alive and making cop worth as much as a vanilla or not jailing and risking the cop getting killed. In the case of the JK claim, he just gets shot).

So my question to you, crypto, is whether his claim makes a bit of difference to whether you want to lynch him.

I am nowhere near caught up, so I'm just trying to sound out what's really going on here.

hmmm well he's been gone nearly a week since he said, "give me a minute guys, I'll defend myself, i promise!" so I think that's enough leeway. While I think Muh316 is the best lynch today, BMC is not a bad one and i think his flip might help us analyze muh. It'd also hopefully get this game away from stagnation and help the mod avoid replacing more people than he needed, but those aren't so much "I want to win" reasons so much as "I want to have fun" reasons.

So. it's me plus you plus one more to lynch? Let's see who comes along.

I agree that Trumpet of Doom is a likely scum-candidate but I don't think we should be taking all the pressure off of pyro because he hasn't really responded and he has questions to answer to. To be honest, I didn't have a strong scum read on pyro, it's just the role fishing thing that was a red flag in my mind, but his very weak reaction to all this is alarming to me. I feel he's hoping that he can brush the accusations off by lurking. Add to the fact that he has barely contributed more than one liners this whole game, and I think we should get answers from him instead of just moving on because there isn't much development. I'm not saying he should definitely be today's lynch yet, but I do want to hear much more from him, and the pressure from votes on him should help.

why is trumpet any different though?

I'm just saying I thought we were getting somewhere with Pyro. We should look at Trumpet as well, but if we switch between players, then we lose momentum and they can slip through the cracks. With many votes being put on Trumpet of Doom right now, Pyro doesn't have much incentive to post and bring attention back on him. Does that make sense, Inquisition?

And now we'll make progress on trumpet and not let him through the cracks.

Most everyone has had a chance to read up. It is very disappointing that hiphop is the only person who has taken the time to list 1-3 innocents. Lie for all I care, just so long as you provide cover for the cop.

This is such a flawed method for providing "cover." If you mess up even one "report" scum know you're not real while the town has no idea.
