My claim was so scummy :P

Well played Scum, and I echo Fishy's kudos, and wish to add that IS moving the town along was actually what they needed. Regardless of his scum affiliations.

I didn't lie to you guys, not once, which is kind of weird for me. Things I learned include: don't expect scum to make optimal play; and the devil is in the details.

I think that you can find your own reactions within the game but I do recommend that regardless of his alignment you keep up with IS' plan: keep pushing.
Surrender, imagine and of course wear something nice.

Well, thanks for the praise, and well done UT and IS. Watching IS was very interesting indeed. I have a great deal of respect for his playstyle. UT did a very solid job as a low-impact player reaching endgame.

I really do feel that voting in lylo helps the scum a lot. Even if quickhammering is hard, it means fewer scum players need to find plausible excuses for their votes. If we'd been playing with FOSses, I couldn't have quickhammered, and I think it's pretty likely we'd have ended up at an IS lynch - that was the only potential wagon with 4 people intending to vote on it. Not voting forces the scum to take real stances on each other and the rest of the town - and makes them stick to previous positions, or give good reasons for changing them.

Hey Fishy, you played really well. Now that I've seen you as both alignments I can say: your meta-game kicks ass.
Record:
Town 10W/15L
Scum 4W/1L
Other 2W/2L
Newbie 1L

That's very good to hear - not easy judging your own meta-game.

Forgot to say - thanks to myk for modding the game extremely well.

Pfft. Myk screwed up by not making me SK again.

This is why I don't replace in many games. It's hard for me to get "in" it. Maybe if I was an original player I could have thought IS was scum a bit easier, instead of listening him and focusing on Vollkan. Fishy did play well, and if it was me/fishy/xxx I would have voted xxx eventually. But I replaced in anyways when I saw the player base, decent players, no known VIs alive, which is rare it would seem.

Congrats scum.
Not a great game/great set of reads for me and I was really glad to die - game had never really taken off and I have been hopelessly V/LA basically since the beginning of the night I died. But the only clearly defined regret I have is I should have known better and keep the UT vote right at the last stage of D1 instead of getting caught up in fighting back Ythill.
Strange, but I have a feeling UT would have been the one who I would have eventually had the hardest time pinning as scum, and I remember some solid distancing maneuvers from Fishy to him.
I haven't read the rest of the thread well enough to act too obnoxious but I did find IS very very scummy on light skim - even his first post joining the Oman wagon made me immediately kneejerk unvote and the ones I saw after I died seemed sneeringly thinly masqueraded in their scum mindset so not lynching him is something where I thought the town could have done better.

Meh, disappointed Oman didnt protect me :( Beyond that not much to say, I didnt follow the game tbh as once Oman did that I didn't feel town had much of a chance.
Mostly retired. Unless you ask or it's something interesting.
