I have lots of flaws. The difference between me and you is that I see them and am willing to change or at least try to if I feel there is a need. You have no clue how to speak to people in a civil manner within the game of mafia. You treat everyone as if they are claimed-scum and you feel you are beyond reproach. Your reads change with the wind and, in this game, you made very poor choices with your first two night kills. You also berated people for not believing your claim when your claim was not obvious in anyway based on how the kills fell and the people who were killed. I don't know how you act in real life and I know this game brings out our worst traits but I recommend that you at least consider what others have said even if you discount everything I say.

Yep, some people being crappy and grousing. "Like, WHAT, I'm ALWAYS SO TOWN, how dare you Vig MEEEEE!"

And Wake's part of the reason we won.

Yeah, I'm so stupid, yet I stayed alive and helped lead the wagon to lynch the remaining Scum.

Cabd, where does it say the Vig is supposed to take out the lurkmass? I thought Town Vig's were allowed to shoot whoever they personally felt was Scum, too. Maybe since your word is law we should make it so the Vig's only shoot lurkers, since that's what you're essentially arguing.

My point exactly, hours earlier he was confirmed town to you and you were going to shoot the remaining of bt/shadow. The entire town played terrible, there is nothing to be proud of in this win. Without the serial killer we lose 3 days ago.

The reason my reads change so quickly is because I'm constantly pushing through the ideas and angles in my head. When I started picking apart the notion that Adrien was innocent, and started realizing that maybe I'm wrong about him, that's when my views started changing.

So for those judging me for being stupid, think twice when you realize things didn't go exactly as you kept saying. I'm only human, and if given time I can do my part as well.

Making such anti-town kills that no one though there could be an odd night vig isn't something to brag about. You actually have/had some goodwill for lynching Adrien in the end, don't shit all over it. Just accept the criticism and explain your choices, people can at least then say "I disagree but I guess I can see where you're coming from", lashing out at everyone doesn't help anyone, especially yourself. I usually avoid postgame drama and I'm not saying this for my benefit, this and the WotC thread should tell you you need to take criticism better if you don't want to get shut out of more and more games.
Also, what is NM doing? Worst play I’ve ever seen.
I can't remember the last N_M post that wasn't bland, unimaginative and lame. Some shitposters are at least somewhat funny. You are the epitomy of the type of poster that nobody would miss if you were to suddenly disappear. You never add anything of value.
I'm guessing you haven't read the game and probably never will? Why even sign up to play?

I don't like how people say "oh, don't shoot X and Y because they're Town." Well, no, you don't know that, either.

If memory serves Alina was agreeing with me a bit too much, like Adrien. Don't buddy me in games, or come off as way too agreeable. I expect people to disagree about everything, because they're supposed to be paranoid as hell.

Also, if you're Scum, don't leave me alive because you think I'm a horrible player. I've said this in quite a few past games, too. I also suffer from an extreme lack of focus thanks to ADD. My play suffers early game because there's so many different players and connections to focus on. It gets stronger and stronger as they become fewer.

Scum left me alive this game, and it was late-game, and I was better able to focus and play by going over things more easily. My play gets much strong later in the game than average players, but it's weaker than others on average in the early game.

As vig you should either not be shooting or be making kills that benefit town as a whole, not just killing people you have beef with or your pet reads. Hunterseeker was the obvious vig choice n1, if we had him gone n1 we might have gotten a scum lynch d2 instead of a really low info town lynch. It's a team game

Thanks! If anyone else has any advice on how I can improve my play, that would be very much appreciated. :3

Tbh if you had not started the game stating how you are as a person when it came to reads I would have found you scummy.

Juls: pleasure playing with you. Note I was upset originally because I protected you n1 and thought you were scum when you hammered snot and mad that I may have protected scum.

Aegor: well played,

Wake: so many words I just won't express.

Mirhawk: I had a strong town read on you.

Go me : totally read renioe as off from the start and called out bp. I was surprised the sk killed me instead of scum.

Town that replaced out during critically moments are on my blacklist over and above those that made mistakes this game.

@Wake Yeah, I'm sorry if I came off mean in the dead chat. Thanks for the advice, but I said I was agreeing with you because I was, well, agreeing with you, lol. I agreed with multiple people in this game; I can't really help it when someone says something I agree with, but oh well. I'll try to agree less next game, then. Any other advice would be appreciated.

@Farside I don't recall saying how I was with reads in this game, lol. What do you mean? If so how can I fix that? Just be more confident basically?

In post 119, Alina wrote:I lurked on the site for a couple months and read some games before actually signing up and playing. And trust me, I'm not that confident, lol. My last game my reads were all over the place. I'm hoping I can fix that this game instead of flip-flopping on people every other post. Also, I want to hear more from boon than just "hmm," and I don't feel like voting Soren anymore so

VOTE: Boonskiies

Give thoughts or something please?

This post.

Very much described what to expect from you.
People are paranoid playing mafia so agreeing and changing your views agreeing with others does not really read as lack of confidence but scum going along with the crowd and not making waves.

It's just an FYI in your future game how you can be perceived.

I'm going to work on how I play these games.

It's tough when paranoia grabs hold of you.

A good start is trying to be nicer and asking players for their views and theories respectfully.

I didn't post on pages 5, 6, or 7.

wasn't serious. Please gauge the tone of that thread. It wasn't of a serious nature.
