I'm trying not to artificially inflate the thread when it's early-game.
I believe the start of a game is critically important to the rest of it so I'm trying to start it with less posts rather than more.
I haven't really posted anything that game-relevant yet.

If you haven't posted anything game relevant then you are inflating your post length (and the thread length) instead of the number of posts at a "critically important" time. There's little difference.

I'd imagine at least one same color scum bussed Creature because you have to when his meta is to sabotage his scum games for the sake of his town games.

Portugal generally goes for diplomatic victories. Even so, the victory themes here might be important down the road. We'll see!

Venmar is a pretty good balancer power wise. Teams are likely to be 3/3. (4/4 is not town favored and things like 2/2/2/2 are kinda weird, but thematic!)

There is also potential for a serial killer.

I don't particularly see both scum teams thinking Varsoon/Dunker were solid NK choices. Elbrin instead makes a world of sense for a scum kill and I'll be sticking with that interpretation.

Dunker's ISO is fun to read. I guess from it I have to concede that Gamma/Kokichi aren't red-scum.

Varsoon's is next.

There's probably at least 2 town religion spreaders. Religion in Civ 5 doesn't have any victory conditions and it's nifty but not really that critical to the game. They are offer a unique founder bonus and follower bonuses, which, may come into play this game or not. There is some small interaction with the world congress in that there's a resolution that can make one religion a world religion which gives additional delegates to those civs in which it's the majority religion. I'd bet apples to oranges that will come up sometime.

Why? I know I was in the crowd of not lynching Creature but I'd at least harrass me.

I suppose that's fine to do (I mean I won't) but everyone knows scum creature just gets lynched D1 and taking on the attitude of "give him some time" would look horrible the next day and I doubt partners would be able to overcome being self-aware of that, let alone what purpose it would serve useful to them.

by the by, Dunker did not say the equivalent of that as Joey suggested. Was different.

I did think Almost's 2 quotes about Buj's posts saying he'd flip 6 people before "obvscum" creature (disclaimer: that's not Buj saying creature is obvscum just questioning why someone who thinks that would want to flip him) is bizarre and might have merit, but that requires Buj to be pretty shitty at scum imo.

I like it because it shows she had a plan in mind to improve her lack of reads. I do remember her saying that she was having trouble getting reads initially, and I actually agreed with what she said, scum seem competent. So it lines up with that. I'm not saying I agree with the reads she got there, but I'm interested in hearing why you think it's bs.

I highly doubt she had any such plan at all. What it fits is making up a plan to fit her circumstances.
