wrt the loyal modifier that Mastina claimed, we have 4 possibilities:

1. True claim as town
2. True claim as scum
3. Semi-true claim as scum (Not loyal, but a modifier that allows only the targeting of town)
4. Fakeclaim


I think it would be dumb af to fakeclaim something like that day 1 because it would allow for a rolecop guilty. Furthermore, the flavour of Ginngie makes perfect sense with only being allowed to target town, which eliminates the second option and imo the fourth option. Leashing her for clears is optimal play. Scum!Mastina would also have realised this and faked a guilty by not using the ability by now in the third scenario. Therefore we are looking at scenario 1.

If we choose to have her gladiate while she is the lynch target, she targets not nico so we still get a conftown if nico is faking the guilty. Additionally, if mastina flips disloyal, nico is p town based on use of role and thus a bad cop target anyway. If we’re lynching nico, sure, mastina gladiators there.

We’re in a 1v1. If we decide that mastina is the more likely town, mastina gladiators Nico.
If we decide we’re going to lynch mastina, mastina gladiators not nico and we lynch mastina.
Both of them being scum is extremely unlikely imo.

None of that changes with what you just posted. It’s just the highest ev use of power.

The only difference in what you are suggesting is that if people want to lynch Mastina, we get Mastina to gladiate someone other than NR.

If she is scum, then we get the same amount of info as we would have done before.
If she is town, then we mislynch where a guaranteed lynching of scum was possible, but we get either a conftown or a guilty separate to NicoRobin out of it and lynch NR the next day.

Going tinfoilier, my current train of thought is that Jingle coached a fake guilty as disloyal rather than no modifier in order to push this logic, as a "no modifier" guilty would not allow for this suggestion which actually potentially allows NicoRobin to 'win' an otherwise unwinnable 1V1
