Interesting, Will keep in mind going forward I guess. In post 14, the worst wrote:I've now read posts 3-11 and realise this may have been a Bad Decision
Also a few questions for our gracious mod.
@FakeGod: the rules seem to imply each pair has 1 vote at least during First Dance, is this correct?
I also assume majority in the First Dance is based on total coins in the game?-

I actually think it makes sense historically for it to be the ladies with the coins. Dowries and all that.In post 34, Firebringer wrote:
I DIDNT EXPECT FAKEGOD TO CHANGE THE SETUP!In post 28, Ankamius wrote:Read the setup fire
ALSO WOULDNT IT MAKE MORE SENSE FOR THE GENTLEMEN TO HAVE THE COIN!?-

I believe this is inaccurate. 1 scum in the coalition does not lose, the game carries on as a mountainous. In post 62, Slaxx wrote:
Because 1 scum in the townblock loses the game.In post 54, the worst wrote:
Why does it only take 1?In post 51, Slaxx wrote:
Yeah but in that scenario it doesn't take three, it just takes one. It also gives people an excuse to chain lynches together. I don't really like it.In post 49, the worst wrote:Only key difference here vs. the coalition setup is it's distinctly +ev for scum to powerwolf like crazy during predance and infiltrate the power couples vs. coalition where max ev is one off/one on
the little voices in my head are telling me to be careful of finding 6 people to basically prep for the finale when half of them could be scum
I recognise the probability of it is absolutely tiny but still-

May we refrain from making quote stacks of the caliber seen here? It’s unneeded clutter. In post 84, Jibril wrote: A noble cause. I have no doubts that you are.-

I do not like how this post feels. It feels like a construct rather than a true belief. I am saying this feels fake.In post 99, Adelbert Steiner wrote:I have not played this before, but I believe that we should probably come together and decide who is the scummiest gentleman first, that gentleman will be eliminated by not having a dance partner. After that, I am going to be learning whilst doing.
So far, my only read is Slaxx as a townlean.-

I do not really see what Firebringer sees either. I see the playfulness and such, yes, but not what makes the a scum-oriented appearance. In post 132, the worst wrote:
FirstlyIn post 117, Firebringer wrote:okay but my accusation of tw pocketing me was mostly a joke (even though it was at u), I am scum reading tw for his general disposition and way he is interacting with me and others. My general vibe is a lack of authenticity backed with a lot of playfulness. Which is where my read is.
all of this is bullshit
This game started with 3 pages of shitposting and I didn't register how important the whole dancing thing was. how am I being even close to as playful as I normally am? if anything I feel abnormally serious in this game.
and when do you ever scumread playfulness?
the only time I've seen you be this lolconfident about a read was an s/s so you're heavily pinging me with this shit-

I like this thought a little more from Adelbert, but not by much. It’s a very by-the-numbers questioning. In post 139, Adelbert Steiner wrote:
I believe that would be playing against your win condition. However, you are also saying that he's lolconfident in a scum/scum situation, so, this would not be analogous unless you are both scum, I believe. In post 135, the worst wrote:
what do you think? In post 134, Adelbert Steiner wrote:
How would this be s/s, though? In post 132, the worst wrote:the only time I've seen you be this lolconfident about a read was an s/s so you're heavily pinging me with this shit
Are you claiming scum right now Sir Goose?-

So I don’t seem to have been alone in suspecting Adelbert’s entrance. So it seems interesting people are singling me out in such a manner. Is it because I’m so proper? In post 196, Ankamius wrote:I'm kind of surprised it took this long for an Adel scumread to start appearing, the entrance to the game in of itself was scummy-

I don’t think anyone has said this in fact?In post 206, Firebringer wrote:I want to point out that people are reading Alberts personality as scummy. None of his play has been indicative of anything so far. But I am so curious on who the player is.-

Why the need for the caveat about reads changing? Did Slaxx seem concerned about your reads? In post 217, Allomancer wrote:Good analysis, seems towny. Don't worry yourself, this is early on, reads can and will change.

If this is trying to imply what I think it is it’s wrong, and Dunnstral should probably be aware of that.In post 218, Dunnstral wrote:
If you die he dies tooIn post 175, the worst wrote:
Elements of this are probably fairly reasonable but literally the last time I saw him as scum he came out the gates swinging at a scumbuddy to manipulate the gamestate into a massive annoying 1v1In post 153, Adelbert Steiner wrote:I am fairly confident that the worst has attempted to throw off a read by firebringer using what is referred to as a chainsaw method. Instead of defending his play, he has attacked his accuser's play. I still do not believe that a scum v. scum can be analogous where a 1v1 is involved with you.
It was a scum motivated behaviour
he's actually pretending to have reasoning here but I don't think his reasoning is consistent with reality which is not directly analogous but I think it's very worth mentioning
Do you think it's fair to suggest that I've been posting the way he claimed and I'm scum because of it?
You're positing that this is scum motivated
IF YOU DIE, HE DIES TOO
