Assuming you're town:

It's more likely than not any given other player is town. If scum know your role and have you earmarked for death, then outing doesn't help. There are probably downsides to outing, so I wouldn't bother unless you think you can create decent synergy with other roles by claiming.

If you meant the Tracker comment, unlike Normal games, everyone can lie about what they did for their action. The action itself isn't scummy yet if they can fabricate the results.

He knew 2 of his partners, and there's 2 separate lairs, which seems like PTs. He's a Traitor with the knowledge of his team being seperated, and Appearantly the scum team can only combine again after a certain condition.
