Balance wise, an enchantress makes a hell of a lot more sense than a role stopper because scum can block a cop and people from investigating them. Great in a game with an army of cops.

Every time I think someone is scum, there’s some mechanical reason not to lynch them.

This suggests a fallacy in thinking, as most of those will be town. Volume = townie or your townreads suspecting someone leading you down the same path (groupthink).
I'd check to see if all your reads have common factors.

It’s just a weird setup if there’s no scum use for a scum enabler because scum’s best option in that scenario would obviously to bus.

No it would not. We have a shit ton of roles that can investigate. If someone got a positive result, they have a multitude of ways to eliminate without lynching or bussing an enabler. This assumes a vig (or vigs) don't shoot it.

They could enchant the roles, renegade them, motivate themselves or do something else. This setup seems designed to have scum have a multitude of ways to avoid follow the cop and a bunch of roles designed to look like counterclaims. This provides scum cover. It's swingy but based around town play.

Why Adorable?

The responses by Clemency make no sense. Clemency says he thinks Bambi is town by role but has no idea what the role does. Adorable clearly knows the role (despite being new) and has no idea of the alignment. I struggle to reconcile the two.

Likely but not certain. If the role has something to do with those events (meaning it is some form of blocking role), you should look at whether the handling of the role is town-like or scum-like. What were Bambi Jay's day 1 reads on those two players (Creature and Titus)? Is it reasonable for Town!Bambi Jay to hold back the information?
