Care to reveal those other places as I don't see anything suspicious enough going on to varrant a vote.
Now, we have 20 players. Do you really think that town will lose if one of the lurkers happens to be town? Lurkers are effectively making it harder for us to weed out scum by not participating in discussion. Everyone should discuss, not just "enough people". How does IS's justified absence provide good evidence that being overly aggressive is unreasonable?[size=75]Music makes the world go 'round,

Sorry for adding pirate-flavour in my text. Will do it again. The above sounds to me like a scum looking for a non-existant reason to vote. Alas, as we do have one lurker left, I'll:inHimshallibe wrote:

Erhm.. sorry, I don't follow your logic there.Yoko Kurama wrote:I'llvote FDsince he has posted since I got here. Can you be bit more specific?
This strikes me a little bit odd. In my eyes Yoko (as well as CoolBot) still has a status of lurker, even though he has now posted two posts. What I mean is (this is very straightforward logic, I warn you):PeaceBringer wrote:Right now I am inclined to vote one of FD, Mneme, and Cadmium for keeping vote on Yoko-
1) Lurker doesn't want attention, thence s/he is acting scummy
2) Lurker posting after s/he is accused of lurking, doesn't nullify the first point
So what is wrong with their votes on Yoko? After post or two he isn't a lurker anymore?
Sure, lurker can be prodded by mod, but that just makes lurking even easier, as one can always use "I didn't remember until I got prodded" -line. Why people participate in so many games that they forgot being in one? True, it took some time before this game launched, but still I think that's a very bad excuse. My vote on Coolbot stays.[size=75]Music makes the world go 'round,

Do you mean Pooky or Yoko?CoolBot wrote:Regarding Pooky, in my experience he doesn't pay attention, so if the town is dedicated to just getting day 1 over with, he wouldn't be that bad of a choice.
I agree with PeaceBringer that lurking is bad, but constant vote-hopping seems to generate mostly "you vote-hop like a scum" responses.[size=75]Music makes the world go 'round,

Reason I asked was that if I understood right, FishBulb and Phoebus meant Yoko, not Pooky. I thought that you were going in consensus with them.CoolBot wrote:I mean pooky. I never even mentioned Yoko
IS, why did you vote for Cadmium? I got an impression from your earlier post that you want to end the day fast.[size=75]Music makes the world go 'round,

This is the exact reason why I don't (at the moment) believe in looking for somebody's behaviour-patterns from older games - you cloud your mind in that way.sycko999 wrote:I don't know, but you normally vote for someone when they act diffrent, not the same.
Also, that makes it possible to enter site, start acting scummy from the very beginning, get lynched few times and after that everyone just says "s/he always acts scummy, let's lynch somebody else". Ta-dah! Very good cover for your future scum-roles.
I noticed that I forgot tounvote: Coolbot, when casting my vote in earlier post. Also Dementia Blader is voting for two persons and I think it was Mr. Pink who voted for Sycko.
If FD's slip was a bluff, at least it's working now, as only Quailman has found it worth of vote. On the other hand, I've been bringing the plank -thing forward couple of times for the flavor, so maybe it really originated from there.[size=75]Music makes the world go 'round,

I can believe it too, but I don't still see reason why townie would not read the descriptive post in the beginning which clearly states pirates as bad guys.mneme wrote:I can well believe FD's role not mentioning pirates at all.
You're referring to PeaceBringer, right? Where did he say it's thief/copier role and what can those roles actually do?mneme wrote:I'm a little confused about the whole "Pirate Hunter" claim -- I mean, I'd normally expect that to be a cop role, not a role thief/copier role.[size=75]Music makes the world go 'round,

Oh yes, some newbie questions:
Is it twilight(?) now as 11 votes have been cast?
Can we post stuff which has no real relevance like my late, forgotten unvote or can we still discuss normally?
And I think roleplayer is spelled together, so maybe that made it hard to decipher? Also, I'm having hard time to figure out this sentence:PeaceBringer wrote:At first I thought I may if used roll instead of role, which I do stuff like that often.[size=75]Music makes the world go 'round,

Cadmium, what is your reason for voting Fishbulb? He was voting for PeaceBringer at that moment he posted that text you quoted.
Does the hider need to activate his hiding ability with night-choice or is it automatically in effect?

Ok. First page and dawn post have some contradicting information.
First page:
PeaceBringer - Pirate Hunter - Stabbed Night 2
Quailman - Clock Maker - Stabbed and shot Night 2
Cadmium - Wench/Prostitute - Shot Night 2
Dawn post:
Quailman - stabbed and shot
Cadmium - stabbed
PeaceBringer - strangled
I guess dawn post is closer to truth and we have two mafia groups, maybe PeaceBringer killing Quailman and SK.
Any ideas about that arm-sling thing? I find it suspicious.[size=75]Music makes the world go 'round,

I'm sorry if I keep pointing this out, as I'm sure the dawn post is right, but the front page and dawn post still list different deaths for Cadmium. Front page says "shot" and dawn post says "stabbed". I just want to be sure, as it could be that stabbing is work of a pirate group. If dawn post is right, we've had two stabbed townies each night.[size=75]Music makes the world go 'round,

Or did I read you wrong?PookyTheMagicalBear wrote: I believe the other can be attributed to Cadmium's probable roleblock of Fishbulb seeing as how Cadmium was the one who pointed him out as a pirate, while Fishbulb claimed he was roleblocked.(this blocks the scum kill night 1)

Argh.. Got swamped with work and EQ2 (ok, mostly with EQ2)My apologies.
I'll claim as it'll shed some light to the situation.
I'm Onion, mason in the vegi brotherhood. There's still two of us in the game, but I'm not sure if the third member should claim. That would give two confirmed innocents though.
I'll also

PeaceBringer and mole, why are you suspicious about InHim? He's only doc in the game - you doubt there hasn't been one at all?
Innocents:
Pooky - butler, but I'm not sure if he can be/is already recruited. Serving Rich Lord surely leaves some scars.
inHimshallbe - doctor, only one in game; there got to be one.
olio - mason
Gray area:
mole - fighting for peace and innocent have been proven by two investigators, but he can be godfather, though fighting for peace is a strong argument against that if you read the description of this game
Scummy:
Peacebringer2 - townie, unbelieveable role-name compared to one Phoebus had
IS - blocker, contradictions in blocking:
D1 inHim after post 62 <-- inHim hasn't mentioned anything about this
D2 mr.pink after post 245
D3 Fuldu after post 305 <-- doesn't add, as Fuldu gave result from N3
D4 Fuldu after post 399
NanookTheWolf - vigilante, strangling doesn't sounds more like SK than pro-town method of killing
Any thoughts?[size=75]Music makes the world go 'round,

Let me recap (too much Sluggy Freelancer recently), so others won't be fooled by your ferocity:
We started from Day 1, as it says in the opening post by Foolster. Night 1 was after that. I bolded the contradicting parts so you won't have any trouble reading them wrong, IS.
IS-made blocks:
D1 inHim after post 62 <-- inHim hasn't mentioned anything about this
D2 mr.pink after post 245
D3 Fuldu after post 305 <-- doesn't add, as Fuldu gave result from N3
D4 Fuldu after post 399
Fuldu's results: (Night -prefixes added by yours truly)
N1 Failed to submit
N2 Phoebus - Blocked by Cadmium
N3 mole - innocent
Explain that, and I'll re-think my vote.[size=75]Music makes the world go 'round,

PeaceBringer, do you really think that there isn't doc in the game? Also, your lack of attention is starting to trouble me. You did read inHim's role description? He can't protect same person twice in the row.PeaceBringer wrote: Olio, reasons for suspiscions on InHim-- someone has to be scum in this mess. Oh and FD not being protected is troublesome.
Which leads to the question, who did you protect last night inHim?[size=75]Music makes the world go 'round,

Mole's block of IS on N1 might explain why inHim didn't get blocked (if the mechanics in this game work that way), though I doubt that information is revealed to players.
Anyway, mole's blocks clears PeaceBringer in my mind, unless mole is Godfather and PeaceBringer mafia which doesn't seem likely at the moment. Drawing of Foolster in this seems to be the last desperate attempt on IS's part. I mean, he didn't even shout and yell in his last post?!?[size=75]Music makes the world go 'round,

Thanks for chiming in Foolster and clearing that mess. What we have now is:
IS-made blocks:
D1 Nanook before post 62
D2 PeaceBringer1 before post 245 (IS posted first on D2 and I guess he can't block Foolsters actions for the night)
D3 Pooky before post 305
D4 FD before post 399
D1 block matches with Nanook not killing anybody by strangling on N1. On the other hand D3 block of Pooky resulted as a N3withoutstabbing death, BUT this can be also addressed to Mole's block of Peacebringer which would've blocked someone trying to kill Peacebringer.
I do find PeaceBringer's lack of attention and constant pushing to lynch inHim disturbing. We have nothing for you innocense expect your vague remarks like:
and still you blame IS for pushing too hard for your lynch?PeaceBringer wrote:I only say this when I have no role and everytime I have said it, that was in fact what I was.
By the way inHim, IS never talked about sacrificing himself, just his powers.
I still trust mole and thus I have to believe PeaceBringer hasn't done any kills for last two nights. We did have two stabbing deaths last night, so I believe mafia is somewhere else or Nanook changed his method of killing and is SK. What is your rolename, Nanook?

We still have two kills from night 3 as well as from night 4. Peacebringer blocked, that doesn't leave us with that many candidates. The point about Godfather not doing kills is good though, I didn't know it can work that way.
How about we lynch PeaceBringer and Nanook strangles Pooky next night?

Vegi Brotherhood had only suspicions, no hard data. I should've told about MoS's suspicions though now when I think of it
So did we have only one doc or what was Quailman's ability excactly?Make Captain Hook unable to use his night action?[size=75]Music makes the world go 'round,
