I see lots of talk about FL. Has he tunnelled anyone yet? I mean not just said “so and so is scum” but outright hardlocked on them and gave them FL tunnel vision?

I don't know either of them and not sure who is who but Sweet is locked on a meta scumread on mistyx.

Mistyx seems like the scumzorz that scum are wanting to bus. Everyone person that I read her as scummy seems to have voted her at some point or another, but they are not using vote tags so the votes were missed. I am cool with a Mistyx elimination, DGB is voting her too and DGB has a knack for finding the weak link in a scum chain.

To catch you up to speed:

We have a hood with Playing With Fire, but they have not been too active on it. They bought the vig using all of their money and they are shooting Brutalism which we think is fine because we also think they are scum.

We also have a double vote that we have to use soon.

Everyone apparently isn't really playing including scum so

but maybe that means it will be an easy game. *shrug*

gg, Lexi. You milked every moment of the hood to hoodwink us into not gungho-ing you in the thread every time we wanted to, your play was excellent there. <3

I feel like the game was decided for me when Elon, Firebringer and us had that moment in the game when everything felt right. It is the single thing that I look for in a game. As scum it is everything I want to prevent from happening and as town it is all I wanna see. I saw it and it made me remember why I enjoyed mafia.

What a fun game honestly, even if I spent some time complaining to Cabd when we were being scumread for walls

It was never about the walls for me. What pinged me initially was the callousness of the first post, and for my part, I couldn't understand why Cabd was using outdated meta and not acknowledging it.

The other thing was the neighborizer role; it was apparent from auction one that this game was going to have a primary underground component, so most of the action was not going to take place in the thread it was going to take place in the hoods (I had assumed there would be multiples) and I could not understand how town!Cabd could ever not want to get in on that type of action, considering this type of organization is something that he is good at.

And I couldn't get around that. W/o a reach out from you guys I remained stuck there.

Oh and a question...is it true that one of you is a therapist? Cos when Cabd said that it sort of blew me away. My peer review group does that Red Cross Psychological first aid thing every 3 months for the past year, and I really did not take that into consideration when I joined this game, lol. I mean I spent a good day just going through isos looking for signs of emotional stress, to see if there was some way to provide non-game related support until I realized I was taking the game a bit too seriously, lol.

I wish you guys could have seen how hard Lexi was leaning on Alisae in the hood. I finally asked him to just not talk to her towards the end, because she really is a master manipulator.

I think tbh you run this setup again but give scum the passive factional ability to know what town bets about like 12 hours before markets end or something. Represents evil insider trading.

There were many, many, many iterations of mechanics like that that got considered and didn't end up being used. Basically, the original version of the setup was a truly bloated monstrosity full of really cool ideas and we eventually ended up cutting it down to just the core mechanics to keep it workable.

Pooky had some ideas that I'd love to see made into sequels though.

Also, the real question is who made the most money on the stock market over the course of the game?
