Hmm, game not going as fast as I thought it would....
I disagree with those voting CD for the moment. His scum tell as you would call it, is what he tends to do in every game.
^ThisxRECKONERx wrote:I mean, CooLDoG seems to have the same kind of scummy meta as MonkeyMan and kyle99 for me. I usually consider policy lynching them, and it works about 50% of the time. I guess time will just tell - I can't think of anything that would make me auto-lynch him at this point outside of a cop investigation or outright scum claim.
We'll have to see once the game gets off the ground and he has a chance to actually post content. If he's just parroting cases and not doing any original scumhunting, I'd probably be happy to lynch him.And that's the way the cookie crumbles.-

Doesn't mean people are not applying pressure. Stopping a bad wagon before it happens.ODDin wrote:tate - wolf is the only one voting for cooldog.
Am I seriously getting called out by some people for voting Zombie Lords during a RVS? There is a town sample role with Zombie Lords on it. What is town not allowed to read that? And that's the way the cookie crumbles.-

The only game I played with CD is mafia 101, Plum's Dodgeball.
Policy lynches are not good wagons. They are good to get conversations started but I do not agree with policy lynching. My brother is DeathNote so I have a soft place in my heart for giving scummy players a chance.ZazieR wrote: @Tate
First of, going for a wagon on a scummy player is not a bad wagon. This makes two players who are 'excusing' scummy play. When would you vote for CD?
Also, do you support policy lynches on types like CD or not?
And no, you're being called out for referring to the Town sample role.
Yes, you are voting me for referring the town sample role. And that's the way the cookie crumbles.-

I am not worried. Four votes and it takes eleven to lynch, not to mention those that voted for me either have no reason or a poor RVS one. You might need more pressure then that to get me to start sweating.
McGriddle- What is with the "I don't care" attitude? Your blatant admittance that your lazy doesn't seem town to me. Is this some tactic you use in your games? And that's the way the cookie crumbles.-

I disagree. I do not have a "don't care" attitude. I care very much if I was to get lynched. I just don't think you have a substantial case to lynch me with.wolframnhart wrote:
your question to mcgriddle can be directed to you as well, even with 11 needed for a lynch, four votes can turn into 11 quickly depending on the player.tatetothetot wrote:I am not worried. My defense first:
You and anyone else voting me for this reason... please lighten up. That is the laziest, worst reasoning I ever heard to vote for someone some 16 pages into the game.manho wrote:@ilord, i had voted tate before, and for the reason that he refered to the sample role pm.
I had some issues to take care of. I have not posted in any other game I am in, so does that make me scum there too? I am sorry for being absent but life called for a bit.CooLDog wrote:unvote, vote: tate
He acted scummy, and has not posted much at all. And because that is who I wanted to vote for before.
I am still not worried. There is a crap case against me and if I end up getting lynched for those reasons, which I won't, then town failed, despite what I would flip.wolf wrote:I still find tate scummy, as i have said before, though my initial vote was for pressure, i still don't think any town member should be fine with having four votes on them, now five i believe.
I was gone.Zazzie wrote:But Tate, why aren't you voting?
My Attacks/thoughts:
Is anyone else getting annoyed with CooLDog's posts? 452 is just so hard to read. Unfortunately, those posts are the same as 101 dodgeball and he flipped scum there. Meta is thrown out for now but I do not want CD to reach lylo.
The banter between Reck and McGriddle as well as between iLord and Diamond feels like either town on town or town on scum. So this eliminates the possibility of them being scum together meaning if one of the above flips scum, it clears the opposite imo. I do have a question for iLord and Diamond though...
Why are you not voting each other? Do you find the other scummy or are you just questing each others style of play?
Zazzie... tunnel much? Have you had an opinion on anyone beside me this game?
For now, I am going to go with a manho vote. His posts are inadequate and screams active lurking.
Vote: ManhoAnd that's the way the cookie crumbles.-

I don't like the line of questioning. I started off asking him a simple question which he returns with several questions in a row. His so called "interrogation" of me would end up getting him nothing about my alignment, only give him something to go off of on those whom he asked about.
The worst part is that I am possibly going to get lynched for simply saying no. Is iLord confirmed town? Then why are you following him?
I am pretty sure that by my response, everyone is going to know deep down that I am not scum but they can't let me get away with not answering questions so I must be lynched. I guess you need to make an example out of someone. And that's the way the cookie crumbles.-

You asked me to give an opinion on half the players. Is that honestly going to give you any town vibes about me?
You should be confirmed town for attempting to lead town.
I think this game is going smoothly enough to bring up suspicions. Answering those stupid opinion questions wasn't needed. And that's the way the cookie crumbles.-

Scummy is not the word I was looking for. Unhelpful maybe? I only consider it unhelpful to iLord whom I don't really want to help. I didn't like his line of questioning and still don't.
I have been wondering this, but I have never played a cult game. Does it mean that there is only a cult or that there is a mafia and a cult? And that's the way the cookie crumbles.-

Town or scum, its discouraging to get constantly beat up by everyone for what you don't see as scummy.CooLDoG wrote:I don't like it when town give up on themselves like you just did. I am not for sure if you are town or not and I think that this is the wagon I will stay on till the end of the day. (more latter I have to get going now...)And that's the way the cookie crumbles.-

Hello Everyone. Spring break and all so been busy past few days. I have a few basic questions but it seems rude for me to ask things before answering so... I am going to open myself up real quick. Whats new?
P.S> Don't expect me to use quotes for everything you write. And that's the way the cookie crumbles.-

ABM? -No idea on his alignment but people seem to enjoy picking on him.
Manho's last post? -I have disliked Manho's posts throughout the game. His last post just seems like he tries to copy what was said before him. I believe someone else already stated that iLord figuring out MCG alignment was odd.
the iLord v evil thing? -I have no preference either way. The argument seems to change between them frequently.
why did you not answer before? -Didn't see a need too. There will be questions that I do not find the need to answer.
spring break...lucky, can you post more now? -I will be gone again next weekend but yes.
my post about the day night. -What post?
your top 4 (if you have them) scummy players -I find Manho scummy but have little to no reads on anyone else.
have you re-read the thread yet? -what makes you think I needed to re-read?And lastly, how many games hve you played in?
And that's the way the cookie crumbles.-

I see my stance as a little too anti-town to be scum. I feel upon my flip that you will be able to catch scum based upon reactions to my "lack of answering". I know for a fact that people playing as mafia react differently then people who play as town.Nobody Special wrote:@tate -- please tell me how, if you are town, you feel the 'right' not to answer questions? Do you think that is a pro-town stance to take? Do you see where, perhaps, such an attitude might persuade people that you may be scum?
My intentions are that scum react eagerly to me refusing to answer a question, as pointless as the question may be. They jump upon the chance to frame other people as scum. Town react in a more quizzical stance. They wish to understand the reasoning.
If a tactic like that is meant to work at all, it has to be constant. Scum can get in the mindset of town but in the end, they will react just like a member of the mafia would. I guarantee that maf are going to react differently to this post then town would. And that's the way the cookie crumbles.-
