Post 30. This smells funny. Dr.Cyanide does it again in post 51. He's making a show of doing nothing. Yes, it's extremely early in the game, so it makes sense to a degree (er, post 30 makes sense; post 51 is just him trying to be a comedian), but it reads like a cop out and it's absolutely useless to the town.

Post 62. I think I went from town read to scum read to town read on Charlie for this. If you actually read what he wrote, it doesn't look like role fishing at all, and the last couple of lines are pro-town. Pretty sure Charlie's train of thought is misguided, but trying to guess at mod behavior isn't something I see scum doing here, and where Charlie could have focused on role fishing, he instead chose to focus on outguessing the mod, which doesn't advance the evil scum agenda as far as I can fathom.

Post 67. (Almightybob.) First line strikes me as too self-conscious. Cue Almightybob's descent into the depths of scumminess.

Post 69. (Dizzy.) Stupidity.

Post 72. At first I agreed with my predecessor here about Charlie's post 62 being an attempt at role fishing, but obviously I changed my mind . . . so I'm not sure why I highlighted this. Also, the DeathNote vote is poor form, dammit.

Post 73. The wagon on DeathNote is getting ridiculous. Almightybob adds no thoughts of his own. That in itself is not necessarily scummy . . . but his attempt to rephrase Dizzy's initial objection, followed by the screwy clash between his declaration of a scum tell and the gentle wording of said declaration, most definitely is.

I strongly disagree with Socrates' statement appearing "to be scum overreacting at his partner getting three votes," but (a) we all know how Soc flipped, so that's not an entirely legit critique on my part, and (b) I'm not sure if this comment was facetious or not. Anyway. A couple things of note while I reread at a pace of about 0.67 posts per day.

Almightybob spews crap about night kill WIFOM. There was some huge MD thread condemning this, and rightly so. Town points to SPS for laying down the law.

Dizzy is spending way too much energy grumbling about "Glrok." Very needless distraction as far as I'm concerned, but I'm not sure what to make of it insofar as scum active lurking versus general irritation non-indicative of alignment.

ReaperCharlie I find weirdly pro-town. Primarily instinctual, but I'll have to reread his iso. and stuff to remind myself. Evidently I didn't make any specific notes about his play during my most recent read/skim. At least this jibes with my DocPotter read despite DocPotter flaking out of this game while remaining active in another.
