Ahhh, the rhythm method. Not 100% foolproof, though.

I still don't understand the "Faithful" and "unfaithful"... faithful are looking for their spouses, unfaithful are looking for... um... a good game of chess, I'm sure... but what is the practical upshot of that for the player?

By me asking this, I'm sure I've given away my gender... but I feel that revelation would help the town on some level.

So if I say I'm Mrs. X, and I'm going to check room 1... (and don't yell at me if the guys are in room 11-20, I can't remember who is where at the moment)... wouldn't I want Mr. X to come forth and say he's in room 2? wouldn't that form a mini mason group? If there's two people who claim Mr. X, one is mafia, that makes life easy, doesn't it? If I visit room 2 and die, wouldn't we lynch whoever was in room 2?

I'm confused because it SEEMS like revealing who we are would be very beneficial to the town. I have this nagging fear that I'm missing something dire.

Hm. So the men went wandering night 1, and there were two evicted, one man and one woman. So whoever got visited by a certain man got evicted, and whoever visited a certain lady got evicted, maybe? And maybe who's causing the eviction changes alternate nights? I'm so tempted to post who I am, and what room, just to see what happens.

Here's the list including ZoneAce's claim. claims have names, investigated have who investigated in parenthesis. If course, if someone else other than Jones was in room 12, either ZoneAce or the person in room 12 is lying.

Now, if this game was set up properly, the town should be able to all claim, and tell which rooms we visited, and it shouldn't help us a bit. But was it set up properly? *agonizes over possibilities*

I've got to stop thinking about this game. But I had to add, there's eight possibilities of meetings.

Faithful spouse goes to faithful spouse
Faithful spouse goes to unfaithful spouse
Faithful spouse goes to faithful non-spouse
Faithful spouse goes to unfaithful non-spouse

...repeat those four with an unfaithful spouse going.

What happens for each of these possibilities?

Well, right now it's useless for the females to announce who they are, since it's not the males looking for them like dogs in heat. Damn men anyways, always thinking with their pants.

I have an interesting question - what happens if 4 men all pick the same room?
