*Somewhere at Nintendo of America's offices, March, 2011* (Shigeru Miyamoto is sitting at a computer, working on the next Mario game. On his desk sit stuffed plushes of Link, Mario, Kirby, Samus, Peach, Donkey Kong, and multiple other characters from various Nintendo franchises. Miyamoto saves his work and cuts the lamp on his desk off. Suddenly, there is a flash of light.* This is where you come in. You all walk into his office the next morning, only to find the body of Miyamoto, a bullet hole on his back. As you are investigating the body, someone flips a hidden switch. Suddenly, you all find yourselves on Miyamoto's desktop, each of you as a different one of his brain children. However, in the way of computers, the coding is buggy, and you can't tell who is who, and who would have done such a thing. Time to figure out who killed Miyamoto, before they eliminate you.

General Rules
Modified, but stolen from Reckamonic with permission, who stole them from Vi with... its... permission.
1) Starting and Ending States: The game starts during the Day. All roles that can communicate at Night may do during pregame. The game will end when one faction has fulfilled its win condition, unless otherwise specified.
2) Day Procedures: Each player may discuss the game and cast a single vote at a time against people they want to lynch. Day ends when either the deadline hits or a strict majority of the votes are on one person.
3) Voting: Votes should be in bold in order for them to count, for instance: Vote: Reckamonic. If you wish to vote for a different player, you don't need to unvote. As long as we can tell who you're voting for, we don't care if you abbreviate someone's name when you vote them.
4) No Lynch: As an alternative to voting for someone, you may Vote: No Lynch, but for it to take effect, enough players must vote No Lynch that it would be impossible to form any other majority.
5) Deadlines: Deadline will be 3 weeks.
6) Mass Inactivity: In an act of pure villainy, we may shorten the deadline if we deem the activity level is unsatisfactory. You will be warned if we want you fellows to pick up the pace.
7) Deadline Lynches: If no single player has enough votes for a lynch at the deadline, the result is No Lynch and the game proceeds to Night. Deadlines are there for a reason.
8) Twilight: After someone receives the majority vote, everyone may still discuss the game, but votes and unvotes will not be considered - the person voted for by the majority will be lynched regardless. Twilight will last until we waltz in and post a death scene.
9) Night Length and Procedures: The topic will be locked at Night. If your Role PM specifies that you have a Night Action, you may follow the instructions on that PM to use it. Barring extenuating circumstances, Nights will not last longer than 72 hours, but will not be shorter than 48.
10) Night Action Resubmission: If you have to PM a choice to the mods (i.e. the name of someone you want to kill/protect/investigate), you may change your choice at any time during the Night by sending the mod another PM with the new choice. The most recent choice will be honored.
11) Role Overlap Policy: In the event of overlapping and/or contradictory Night Actions (i.e. a mutual roleblock), priority is given to whoever PMs the mods with the action first. However, if two kills are submitted on the same target, the most damaging death will be the one displayed (You can slit someone's throat first, but if he got blown to smithereens no one will care about his throat...). Finally, if two vote modifying actions affect you, the lower amount takes priority.
12) Bolding Stuff: Bolding something is how you get the mods to notice it. It's that simple.
13) Mod Color: If the mods need to edit your post, it will be done in green, italicized and bolded. Don't impersonate us.
14) Activity, Prods, and Replacements: You will be prodded if three days have passed since your last post. You will be replaced if you do not post after another two days, or if you need to be prodded three times throughout the game. If you know ahead of time that you will not be able to participate for at least 48 hours, go ahead and announce it in-thread so nobody (such as the mods) thinks you're lurking. We reserve the right to blacklist flakers or people who maliciously replace out.
15) "Last Words" for replacements: If you request replacement, you may PM me a message that you would like to have passed on to the person who replaces you.
16) "Bah!" Posts: If your player slot is killed off, it's probably because people don't want you around. Unless your role specifically states you can keep talking/voting/play parcheesi with us, you are allowed one informationless "bah" post and then scram til endgame. Special mechanics can of course overlap
17) Outside Discussion: Don't discuss this game outside of this thread with anyone unless your Role PM lets you do otherwise. Note that all QTs are open to use at any time.
18) Post Edition: Editing or deleting posts is not allowed (and usually not possible). Doublepost with your changes instead.
19) Mod and PM quoting: Don't quote anything from me, including role PM's.
20) Modkills: Breaking any of the above three rules (or flagrantly violating Rule 16) will result in you getting modkilled. Modkills can be retroactive. If a living player breaks any of these rules, the day may or may not end, depending on what would disadvantage that player's faction the most. A dead player breaking any of these rules will result in someone from the same faction getting modkilled. In addition, getting modkilled results in an instant loss for that player, along with our general hatred. In short, follow the rules. Note that we're not planning to keep a blacklist of people to refuse in our games, but there are two of us, so we'll remember..
21) Win Mentality: Play to win.
22) Policy: Have fun. Or else. And remember, it's a game - keep it classy and don't take things personally; everyone's doing what they have to to win.
23) Setup Design: Please do not attempt to outguess us as the mods or the setup designers. We have... very fertile minds

@esurio: In the order you asked: No, as there are still 2 weeks until deadline. I am in the process of looking for replacements for CSL and ODM, holding off on searching for one for TMH unless replacing him becomes absolutely necessary.
@jakalope: Give me a few minutes to get one together.

I am making this clear now. I blocked out Lelouch's post due to the fact that he is no longer a player in the game, and as such has no need in posting. As such, I would like to ask everyone who saw what he posted to tell me please.

First and foremost, thank you Reckamonic for stepping in for me. As to why I suddenly vanished, AT&T cut the internet off at the house, and I have been trying to get it cut back on. From what they say, it should be back on tomorrow. I am at a friend's house and on their computer, so I can clear everything up. I will be putting flavor in at a later point. Apologies to everyone for not being here.

While the computer was in sleep mode, you all dreamed about the innocent you forcibly deleted yesterday. Suddenly, there was a bright flash. You all wake up, and are blinded for the rest of the night. When the computer comes out of sleep mode, you check the recycle bin for any new bodies, but surprisingly, there are none. With grim determination, you all start deliberating again.
It is now Day 2. With 19 alive, it takes 10 to lynch. Deadline is May 5th at 10:30 AM EDT.
(I will put better flavor when I am more awake)

Do you have co-mod who can help you out? Your last vote count is three days old and it wasn't the first time of infrequent vote counts. And please affirm if you acknowledge prod requests by players. Darla hasn't posted in over six days. She has to be due for replacement. Thanks, you're doing fine otherwise, I know this must be a tough game to mod with all these flakers you have to deal with.
I acknowledge prod requests by players, and apologize for infrequent vote counts. I have back-up mods, but no co-mod.

VOtecount is incoming in my next post.
^unfair mod. it's Easter, you replaced those who must be replaced, but you cannot expect everyone to be online
Oh, I am going to give it a few days after Easter for activity to pick up. As to extension, if I have to replace more people in the the next week, I will extend it.

You all argue about who you think killed Miyamoto. Slowly, you all turn towards the one with just one eye. "It's him!" one of you holler as you all surround the one called Waddle Doo. You start to drag them over to the recycle bin when you hear "It's she." You all look at her in disbelief. "We are dragging you to your death, and all you can think of is to correct us on your gender?!?" one of you say. You shove her into the recycle bin and watch as she is deleted byte by byte. You then go and look at the folder's on Miyamoto's computer that unlocked upon her death. "Guys, I think we might have screwed up again." one of you say.

As the computer comes out of it's sleep cycle, people rush around to get back to their folders. When it is fully awake, you all meet on the desktop and count. You realize you are missing someone. "Where is SSBF?" someone hollers. You all rush to his folder to see what had happened. As you get closer, you start to smell burning flesh. The scene that meets you is gruesome. There are plasma burns all over the room, and SSBF's body has multiple high temperature energy burns. You start to investigate the room when you see something. You all turn and see the remains of a Chozo statue. "No Chozo would ever try to harm Miyamoto." one of you say. You all turn around and mournfully look at the body of Old Bird.

- 5 - chkflip, Pinky and the Brain, Pine, hohum, - (L-4)
Players not voting: Kdub
Searching for a replacement for chkflip now.
Whee countdown code. Anyways, let me know if there are errors.
As the computer starts to slowly go to sleep, you all start to suddenly point fingers. Finally, someone comes out and plants his feet, ready to lead town. "They are scum!" he declares, pointing directly at pine. Very few of you believe him, but enough follow his lead to overpower pine. As you drag him to the recycle bin, he starts to rant and rave about how Miyamoto had been holding him back. As you throw him into the recycle bin and empty it, some of you go to the folder where his files were stored. Once there, you see where he went nuts and was discussing at night with more people. However, you see nothing special about him.
Pine, Marx, Mafia goon
