This guy dies today, and he dies now. The largest thing that he has contributed to this game is his ISO #5, which is a few one-liners vaguely explaining a couple of suspicions he has. And call me a skeptic, but I seriously doubt someone this new to the game would be able to peg two scum upon replacing in (especially without taking scumhunting seriously) unless those scum were his partners. His belief that killing scum confirmed him as town (demonstrated by his immediate request to be let into the security room after killing Magua as well as the fact that the entirety of his defense is "but I killed Magua!").
Speaking of which, the Magua-Soda interaction absolutely REEKS of scum, note Soda's weak attempts at pressure on Magua in #817, #821, and #823, and Magua's subsequent responses. Magua at first ignores Soda, who pressed on, and is given a few canned responses that suggest Magua is trying to limit the interactions as much as possible. In Magua's ISO #42, he calls SodaSpirit a weak town read for his pushing of iamusername, which seems like an attempt to give a little towncred to Soda's bussing attempt, but not leaning his neck out far enough to link himself with him.
Also, his hesitation in throwing the switch was pretty damn strange: he adamantly attempt to save himself from having to pull the switch on Magua until he gets to this point...

This is NOT a townie mindset. If town are reluctant to kill surefire scum, then they have a reason. In soda's postings, he keeps asking for a reason why as opposed to explaining himself why not. This suggests that he didn't even have a reason; he was just looking for ways to delay Magua's death. This makes much more sense coming from a mindset, especially if Magua was a strong strategist in-thread; I could see Soda being far more reluctant to kill a player who demonstrated his skill in the quicktopic already.
Finally, his most recent defense reeks so badly of survival intent that zoraster might as well publicly announce him scum now. He defends himself much in the same way he defended Magua before he threw the switch; every post is geared towards delaying and surviving just a little longer. He suggest we just "shoot him", even though none of us have even hinted at a vigilante power (but, with a Mafia Doctor flip, I'm sure there was talk of one in the quicktopic).
Zajnet, on the other hand, is probably town. Plum might be scum, but I'd rather get an obvious mafia member out of the way first.
This was goodpost.
Basically he spends most of his time interacting sketchily with scum, and was on both scum despite being pretty new.
I also think the remaining scumbags are primarily derpy or lurkers, and he has some of both.
