By definition, third party roles are *not* aligned with the town. They may not have a win condition that puts them at cross purposes with us, but they are not town.

Actually, CJ and I have been on the same wavelength nearly all game. We had the same reaction to GreyICE's claim, and I think the pressure on DH was good, since he's still probably scum. I also don't feel great about DH's vote being on CJ. It *could* be a bus, but I don't have enough information on DH's alignment yet to vote someone based on that tenuous of a connection, since probability makes it less likely to be a bus.

The only thing CJ and I disagree on is SDC. I don't see them as obvtown like CJ does.

That's not the issue. Fishing for Candle's claimed Scummer is going to let scum narrow down possible Mason partners via name. Chesskid and MoI, for example, are clearly not going to be Mason partners. Furthermore Candle claiming his Scummer may clue scum in to other possible powers Candle may or may not.

Yami-Swan - I pretty much haven't seen Yami do anything scummy all game. I feel like I might as well be part of this hydra, because we've been thinking the same thing nearly every day, if feels like. I don't understand why people have been thinking about lynching them.
Screaming Death Clan - My reread didn't reveal anything new. SDC was meh most of the game, and I still like them for that scumslip.
GreyICE - 'nuff said.
ToastyToast - Starts out going after Amrun, later votes DH without any reasoning, calls his ninja buddy scum, calls the Hindu wagon scummy as fuck AND THEN JOIN IT FOR THE L-1 VOTE, calls SDC town but with a scummy claim (wtf that makes no sense), calls GreyICE third party even though he already claimed NOT to be third party, going after SDC almost exclusively now
Regfan - Probtown, has been relatively logical most of the game, although activity could be better

1) A lot of people went after Amrun
2) DH flipped scum
3) I called it scummy as fuck, and explained why I still found Hindu to be scummy. Also, I was worried about how both Vi and SDC were on the Hindu wagon. Its good enough reason to take pause before putting a vote on, but I gave my reasons as to why Hindu-scum made sense.
4) Hindu scum also outweighed SDC suspicious at the time. However, the claim was the thing that made me rethink my read on SDC. It is not (for the hundredth time) my only reason for voting SDC. SDC has consistently been on town mislynch wagons AND been a counter-lynch to said mislynches. Having a governor power is scummy in any situation. They face a fuckin' no lynch.
5) Who cares if GreyICE claims not to be something. Everyone's going to claim town if they feel their role could get them lynched (duh)

I really don't like how SDC and GreyICE were all over Toasty and me (respectively), and then piled onto the Yami wagon as soon as Regfan placed his vote. GreyICE unvoting gives him a slight edge over SDC, since it took the wagon off of L-1 for a while. They're still both likely scum, though.

As such, it only makes sense to approach today from the standpoint that we can actually still win this, in which case there would have to be no more than 2 scum alive (making this LYLO anyway).

Continuing what I was saying yesterday, I think SDC (and possibly GreyICE as well) revealed themselves in their eager pursuit of a Yami lynch. That's just the frosting on the cake at this point, though.

CJ - wtf? Your mason claim actually helped the scum more than you'd think. We assumed that Hinduragi was your mason buddy, so we let the town push his lynch and tried to play it safe because we were expecting him to claim mason. That meant that we didn't really take any heat for his eventual lynch when he turned up town.
AGM - Good play, definitely town MVP for the push on DH (who we had decided pre-game would be our sacrifice player this game, but didn't expect it to be so early)
LLD - You're welcome to feel good about calling me scum, but honestly if we went back and looked at the people you called scum throughout this game, it's not a very inspiring list. If you'd ever presented a reason to actually think I was scum, I might give you some credit for it.

Regfan deserves special attention for his play this game. He replaced in with a difficult post restriction, but he was critical to our scum strategy in making pushes at the exact right time to counterbalance the moves I was making. It may not be obvious just looking at the game, but if you take a look at the scum QT you'll see how valuable he was.
