I have approximately zero opinions on this game right now aside from a few nebulous town reads. Namely, NS, UK, Plum, Faraday. Partially by extension I have a nebulous scum read on Empking. Plus UK's 148 rings a bell fo sho.

I agree about the UK's posts being kinda contrived-sounding at times but I think at this point she's done more in an attempt to get the game rolling than anyone else, so she remains my strongest town read to me despite that.

The past 12 pages have been kinda meh though... I have next to no strong reads right now and I'm probably not the only one. We need to get a wagon in high gear. Doesn't matter which wagon really, just need to kick this town in the pants a little more.

PS if ooba doesn't post soon, kill it with fire. This is meta partially based on an ongoing but at least half of you should know what I'm talking about. <_<

Leaving aside whether we agree or disagree about the validity of her arguments... when trying to get a game out of RVS, does it matter more that your argument against someone is valid, or that it gets people talking about something in a non-RVS fashion? This is why UK would be a town read for me right now even if I thought her arguments were 100% contrived/invalid. Which I don't. On the other hand, I think she's right that your reaction hasn't exactly been the towniest and even if that weren't the case I'd still be voting you right now because we need moar wagons.

Similar to my logic with the Nikanor wagon earlier, I'm just not awesome enough/don't have the reputation to warrant the whole scumteam clumping together on me. But the whole fact that there are a bunch of people who were on the Nikanor wagon who hopped right onto the nearest easy wagon as soon as that one started dissipating means I'm guessing there's at least 2 scum on me right now and any combination of Kats/Parama/Empking seem to fit the bill nicely if you glance over their interactions (or more accurately, lack thereof. scum don't need to hunt their buddies, dontcha know).

so I got a PM at the start of the day informing me that I wasn't allowed to talk for a certain period of time -- pretty sure this was Parama's doing (and this was indirectly confirmed by the mod when I inquired), as if you look up his role PM it includes an ability that can silence someone for a certain portion of the following day. You'll note that I was around enough to post elsewhere during this time + should have been replaced by now according to the rules.

(someone town remind me to look back at people who have commented/not commented on the fact that I wasn't talking; there might be something to be gleaned from those posts w/r/t who already had inside info as to why I wasn't posting.)

PS: I can't even be an SK; none of my games had it except mass effect mafia and alignment PMs were separate from role PMs in that game, and the role PMs were all I linked to Andrius

Not going to reread the whole game but looking at Parama's iso I think Dram is pushed further into my town list; the way he sheeped him for much of D1 doesn't strike me as something scum would do to their scumbuddy (which is exactly why they'd do it, on the other hand, but I don't think that's the case here).

His reaction to the UK/Emp thing gives me the impression that one of the two of them is scum for sure; he says a lot of things (iso 22 in particular comes to mind) that sound like he's trying to divert attention away from their arguments and it seems like he was trying too hard to put it into people's heads that it was a town/town argument.

the manner in which Parama repeats "I'M BUSSING MY SCUMBUDDY" while putting an impotent vote/pressure on Reck makes me think he was actually telling the truth, but I'd need to reread Reck to get a better picture and Parama's the only person I plan on reading in depth today.
