Step 1:

Lynch in Group A

Why?

There are 4 lynchees and 1 confirmed town. Today, there will be 1 lynched. 3 lynchees and 1 conftown. Tonight, either conftown or other lynchee dies. 2 scenarios:
(1) Universal Backup is in Group A
(2) Universal backup is NOT in Group A

Step 2:

Neapolitan looks in Group A, watcher watches Conftown

2 cases:
(i) Rolestopper stops + kills conftown
(ii) Rolestopper tries to stop different townie + kills conftown

Or variations thereof. Point is who rolestopper rolestops. Either conftown lives, or neapolitan gets a result. Worst case, neapolitan does not get a result, and we have 1 conftown and 2 lynchees.

Outcomes:

BEST) We lynch scum in group A, ignore my theorycrafting.
PRETTY GOOD) We mislynch today but have one confirmed scum tomorrow
MEH aka BETTER THAN GROUP C) We mislynch today, and have 1 conftown and 2 others tomorrow
WORST) We mislynch today, Neapolitan is in Group A via UB and Neapolitan dies at night. Still 1 conftown + 2 others***

Interesting mechanic, but swingy and a little townsided. Rolestopper is a good PR but follower maybe not as much - might be able to balance a little more with a PR different from a follower, maybe a 1 or 2 shot ability to shoot from any group or some nonsense like that.
