so my perspective on recent claims revised

arcade pals' role makes less sense as a town role. it's a ninja which is negative utility, but their willingness to lynch their guilty is more or less proof that they can deliver some kind of result either as their action or through faction. i don't think this is a bus as the would be bussing slot is somehow still worse than the busee (hebichan slot= )

onto it and further it can check for the two claimed groups which are claiming to be anti mafia.

meanwhile slysly cannot tell the difference between mason, survivor, or what RC is floating around, traitors. this role makes less sense as a scum role as it cannot discern what is a threat or benefit to their faction. the only exception is if this were to be multiball, which the singular kill is suggesting against. there's a slim possibility that slysly, hebi and peregrine are all attempting to wear their pants as hats atm but i think three scum outing day 2 to save one shit slot is eternity-mocking level play so i'm going to run with other ideas for the time being.

rc was going off in pt about how he was gonna get lynched if he doesn't get killed {he can't} so he claimed

i was against it for game reasons. want to setup spec with me? setup spec. zach claimed our role and NOBODY has been going hard on rc over it. i flat out told zach i could not believe anything he said and pegged him as lockscum (pink name over red) to communicate with him. as it turns out, THE SETUP SUCKS and he was town all along. back to game reasons. the kidney miller died. WHY THE FUCK SHOULD WE CLAIM IF SCUM WANT TO KILL KIDNEYS? too late now-scum made the forcing move i dissuaded yesterday, and this town is hella weak for not having the appropriate amount of suspicion of any of this.

since kidney pt will never see the light of day i would like to reveal that i pegged all scum day 1 and was simply wrong about the number of scum and composition. for instance, spiffeh was quite independent of other reads because he made a single really bad post, and confirmed my suspicions day 2. the partners i pegged with him simply didn't make sense (i think slysly/grapes?). POWERFUL_WARRIOR was mainly scummy for low effort reads and was hard leaning on their novelty, you'd think at least one person could have done some ground work to get something going. by the time they were getting lynched i knew it was a bad one.

i said in the mod pt that the game was townsided-sk weakens town, and, hell, you could have made spiffeh groupscum and gave them another member on top of that. with how tiny the scumteam was you can understand why they kept scumclaiming / didn't care about the game.

I feel like a lot of my ideas would have added more flavor here. Throw scum another player. Make Spiffeh groupscum. Give town a one-shot vig that refreshes upon killing a kidney (including zach just for fun, but then he can IC himself). Spiffeh already had a strong role, but holy shit those ability names are awful. Having a scum member with incentive to make the kill (gain {night ascetic, bulletproof, cop} upon Kidney kill) that would not only be super cool, but would give the tracker more use.

I don't think my worries were unjustified but neither Cheetory or RC were as concerned as I was. The OP heavily hinted a scenario like this.
