Out of these, the only one I'd take off the list is Varsoon. I think there's been odd parts to his play, like suggesting, then immediately dismissing a gambit to out all the Phantom Thieves, but overall I think those oddities are more likely to come from town than scum.

I really don't see why Creature and Wheme failed to sync up their actions, especially with Creature catching onto the supposed loophole in pre-game. It seems like someone didn't want to sync up their actions. If we are believing Chess, then Wheme should have also targeted him and gotten a hood since that's the only way I see Creature choosing to target Chess with a heal. Now scum could have redirected Creature onto Chess, which kinda makes sense, and would implicate Chess?
