Okay, I have a question: In the case of failed Chalice Dungeons, will the cause of the fail be made public so that revisiting might be more successful?

I really can't argue that I wasn't because I was in fact scum, but I really felt like my heart was in the right place. My rolecop showed me that Skybirds captain ability was useless, jan couldn't be captain, and rando wasn't save to make captain from my perspective, he was nearly confscum at this point. Why not make elbirn captain and doctor doctor give me the news?
