Post 16 is justified like an RVS vote, but clearly isn't a random vote since it's joining the Igneel wagon, as though Refined Mayhem wanted to join the wagon and felt the need to justify joining the wagon, rather than just joining the wagon. This is compounded by the fact that it ignores post 15, in which Igneel jokingly claimed scum; one would think that a joking RVS vote on Igneel would comment on that.

This is about as strong of a read as I think we're going to get on any RVS post.
