1.) Don't reveal your identity behind alt on game thread at any time. (Any players in any Private Thread will have the option to reveal themselves in there, however, if they wish – though revealing self or someone else on main thread is still not allowed).
2.) Similarly, during the game,
stay inside your alt at all times

3.) I understand alt-slips can happen. I urge you to do your best not to allow that to happen (whether it is to pick a different mafiascum theme for your alt, etc). Now, in case an alt slip does happen, do not panic! While alts are a fun part of the theme, I'm not going to modkill you or something for an accidental alt-slip (notice the key word 'accidental', which also implies you took precautions and not were just being rash).
4.) Player behind the
alt will be revealed upon death
during the game.
5.) Please
do not change the avatar or the signature
of the alt. Do not change the email address either.
6.) You can and are encouraged to change the mafiascum theme, timezone, date format, and any other behind-the-scenes board preferences with whatever you're comfortable with. You can also add a pronoun on the alt if you wish (all alts will start with MafBlack theme, EDT timezone, no pronoun).
7.) Upon receiving alt log in info, it will have a password that I set. If, for whatever reason, you do not like this password (it's too long, it's too short, it's too hard to remember, it's too easy to remember, etc), you are free to change it
only if you PM me your intentions of changing the password as well as the new password
. Please do not end up locking me out of my alts.

1.) Votes must be
bolded
and preferably at the start of a line. Or use the vote tags.
2.) Unvoting is nice, but not necessary.
3.) Once a majority is reached, that person is lynched.
4.) If there is no majority at deadline, there will be no lynch for that day.
5.) Day 1 will have an 10 rl days deadline. All following days will have a deadline of 7 rl days.
6.) Nights will have 48 hours maximum. Any night actions not submitted will simply not happen – the thread should be open 48 hours following a deadline lynch. Any player with a factional ability may use that as well as use any personal ability during the same night.
7.) Do not talk about this game outside the thread unless your role allows you to.
8.) When you die, you are dead. Stay that way. However, you may post 1 "Bah" post, even from your main account since your identity will flip upon death (especially if you want to ego this thread to still spectate).
9.) Do not edit posts. Do not use invisible text. Do not use small text.
10.) Do not quote any communication from the mod (that includes PMs) in the main game thread.
11.) If you are going to be gone for an extended period of time, please let me know. See rule 12.
12.) If you do not post for 48 hrs, you will receive a prod. After 3 prods and I start looking for replacement.
13.) If you notice mistakes aside from the vote count, PM me. Bold notification about vote count issues in the thread.
14.) Play to win.
15.) Play with the spirit of the game in mind.
15.a.) This means ASK before you do something you think I might question. Questions are good. Modkills are bad.
16.) Have fun. Remember that everyone playing are actually real people and treat them as such.
