You guys are daughters, so it makes sense that you guys would think that way, but for many of the soldiers, they wanted to make sure they picked an early enough day to use their power before dying off.My favorite site mod is Zor Tester.

We had a vig and scum had a second wincon(which is huge balance-wise). Vig was definitely an antitown role but thank god Kyoko didn’t shoot which was very good for town.
I didn’t think claiming daughters was going to hurt when I did it which is why I kind of just gunned it out. I knew we had at least 5 confirms out of 9 and KO wasn’t crumbing very obviously, at least to me, so I wasn’t sure if it was more than 5 until he mentioned he townread ceph. That was when I knew it was 6 so I just outright claimed them to confirm myself and open the game up. Also, we should’ve lynched AD d1 Joey. I knew it man. Running up another lynch on him would’ve been so hard short of the way we ended up doing things.First they ignore you, then they laugh at you, then they fight you, then you win.- FakeGod

True. A big part of how smoothly the first days played out was because we established a pretty decent amount of cohesiveness. I got to basically write alisae off as town even though she shot badly.In post 1984, Joey_ wrote:Good game everyone, but dont lynch in my town circle nerds
Enjoyed the modding and thanks a ton for the shorter nights. I really didn’t want to wait those two days if everyone was ready.First they ignore you, then they laugh at you, then they fight you, then you win.- Hinduragi

I guess that’s just how I play as town, especially since I wanted to protect our daughters and direct town into the non daughter people. I knew this came off like “hey, I’m an asshole” which is why I apologized a few times and then mellowed out later in the game. I also wanted to poke into everyone and make sure I didn’t miss anyone. I also think I kind of was unleashed by my role. I knew I could look as scummy as I wanted and my role would save me via confirmation. Or at least that was kind of my thinking. I was glad I got to bait snarky into a fake claim too. I had been a bit vague about my knowledge the entire game hoping someone would fake a daughter claim. I also had to kind of direct discussion to be about scum hunting though. Everyone was worried we wouldn’t know who was daughter of scum fakeclaimed and I remember just trying to ignore anyone saying that and just going “what are your reads though” a couple of times.First they ignore you, then they laugh at you, then they fight you, then you win.- Kaede Akamatsu

Being scum in a Fakegod game is suffering. I have a history of complaining about balance in fakegod games, but I thought it wasn't too far off here. (I mean I still think it'd be just perfect without your role)In post 1988, Hinduragi wrote:lolmad

Scum dominated the Alice games and the Dance games last year though, all featuring a 3 vs 14 setup.My favorite site mod is Zor Tester.

Hard to say if this game is unbalanced based on a sample size of 1 game. Hiders could easily die a lot faster if scum play townier, really awesome ability to pick up softs using POE, ect...
Although I'd say this setup is a lot more town sided then the dance setup (which is likely a scum sided setup tbf)ah yes, beeboy style reads;
if this person flips town, then i'll townread them. - Nahdia- beeboy

I feel like this game is balanced?
It's a lot like open cop games that put on a lot of pressure on scum to find PRs and find real/fake softs which put a lot of pressure on scum to play in a way they usually aren't prepared to do.
Although I agree with Dan, Hindu's role wasn't needed.ah yes, beeboy style reads;

From an EV metric, the game is very close to 50/50.
I agree with AD that hindu's role is not necessary, but I don't think it gives town over a 55% winrate even using an optimal strategy (which the daughters didn't in this game, and generally won't do).
If there's any concern with the setup, it's that it's easy for the soldiers to perceive themselves as useless, and that it's not terribly improbable that a town which never mislynches will still lose.
I personally think it's quite clever and elegant.- FakeGod
