I would think scum would try to reserve their kills, but since Jester and Cephrir were in shoot or be shot situations I don't think it means anything.

And Jester, it only says "Mafia Kill" if it's a PRE-KILL. They can auto set a kill for the instant they are able to, but they can still normal kill also.

You definitely didn't read my post to the letter. Mafia would also not kill people with an asterisk. That would allow more people with day-kills looking at them for a potential death. Mafia aren't killing soon, not at all.
