Why did I save you day 1 from being gladiated again?

Wouldn't have minded being gladiated then though, meh

The DVa 1v1 sorta screwed it up and drew the Arthur kills to both of us, rather than lurkers, how'd Penguin survive to endgame? :P

Townlocking Dunn, was our biggest mistake. Sorry Gamma.

If you had agreed to gladiate Penguin, things might have turned out differently.
Thanks for the apology I guess? Still, idk how you were obvtown. Like, people need to stop taking skepticism as a scumtell for fucks sake.

Gamma was obvtown because we were not dancing obviously

Penguin I think is kind of clearly scum by play, for Gamma I haven't actually looked at his ISO but i think he's categorically likely to be still alive as scum as opposed to nearly everyone else who: i think is town by play from what i've seen (Varsoon, Chara), would just be likely to have been lynched already if scum (Nancy, Dunn), or is conftown (Kokichi)

would be interesting to see if i'm right

(you don't actually have to tell me if i'm right or wrong, i'd love to replace in if you ever needed one but it doesn't seem like you will)
northsidegal wrote:that gladiate on gamma from varsoon was pretty bad

might be varsoon/penguin over gamma/penguin

if i were actually in the game i would probably actually spend a bit more time than a few seconds scrolling through varsoon's iso before i decide "yeah i guess he looks town enough"
had no clue there were three scum left so dunn is on me

Well, others could see it, so I don’t understand why you didn’t but scum jumped on that to gladiate you and win the game. You not wanting to gladiate Penguin.

the problem really was not just that Gamma didn't townread you. it was your reaction to it as well. Varsoon's gladiate was really scummy and we still could have won there.
not saying i didn't screw up, but i don't really think it's all on Gamma there. you're also very sensitive to other's reads on you and Varsoon used that. you had Gamma scum entirely because he was suspicious of you for a moment, and your read on me boiled down to townreading me when i called you town, and then getting suspicious again as soon as i said i might not be sure.

and you also could have gladiated Penguin. any town could have.

and fwiw, those others who could see you were obvtown were both scum, besides me.

But that is also typical for me as town and Gamma should have known that. He’s played with me enough.

I shouldn’t have tried to stop you. You might have beaten Varsoon to it.

this was a hard game, even if Penguin had been killed I doubt town would have won because Dunn and Varsoon were doing well.

@Fakegod: Just goes to show that mafia's a game of rhetoric more than mechanics.
I'm not a fan of white-flag at all, felt paralyzing at times, like "Well damn, I can't bus or sacrifice myself..." and that final gladiate by me was really an all-or-nothing move because Penguin would be dead after I was.
I think that this setup had a ton of swing, is all. Extra kills do that. Stop making setup with extra kills? I dunno.

You guys played the scenario with the most swing possible. This setup is actually lot less swingy because the vig rarely shows up in this setup.

Do you prefer 3p scum team instead of 4p white flag? I thought 4p white flag offers more flexibility than 3p scum team.

I'd prefer 3p scum over 4p whiteflag as either side, probably.

It's true, we did roll into Arthur as vig, which is an unlikely scenario, but there it is.

3P, town usually isn’t good enough to catch 4 scums.

Yeah, some of the dumbest mistakes town makes, are due to mechanics.

But town doesn’t need to catch 4 scum because it’s white flag

But there’s still one extra anti-town player and it’s still the same number of scum to catch.

If I’m scum, I want white flag.

If I’m town, I want 3P.
