and elsa - two millers is not that uncommon and it won't need so much for balance. see millers are not giving any mechanical disadvantage to town or mafia - they will just add some wifom to game so basically you don't need to add anything to game to balance the game mechanically when you add a miller

Apparently GiF does 2 Millers a lot in his games. That Fallout game is one of them.

In my opinion having 2 millers here is probably meant to balance something like a vig by forcing its first shot onto Town so it doesn’t hit scum N1.

I suppose theoretically it could be a buff to a Cop and the whole Town too. 2 Millers is 2 slots the Cop wouldn’t waste a check on functionally makkng it a 13-p game for the Cop while giving an extra Day or 2 of Town discussion (because the early game is spent on dealing with the Millers).

That is always a possibility, but it's not what I meant. I dont think Gamma made a Modified Gunsmith particularly for Millers. I was thinking more along the lines of there being watchers/lookouts instead, or other investigatives? I don't think a watcher is affected by miller in any way.

i've never believed miller claims should be auto-lynched. it's one of my favourite roles to be. here it obviously is serving a different function in the setup.
FA is right about the lateness of the claim making it less likely town; though. but i don't know about the utility of scum locking themself into a suspicious claim on day 1 just because they see a lot of millers.
