As for this, we already went over it yesterday. Yes, the purpose of information is so one of them can fakeclaim a miller. That doesn't mean they actually did it. Gamma won't hold their hand and tell them "claim a miller".

RC can get 4 hard innos, 1? hard guilty. Roughly the same as a tracker. Roleblocker and doc on the same person is > than each separately. Backup RC seems weird given the lack of important results from the RC. RC is probably going to target millers early so why backup?

If there's no scum rb I'm probably a negative utility town role.

Wait, 5 millers? That maybe explains backup RC. That's 4-6 potentially useful results for that role. Don't see why scum would have an RC at all given like half the players are gonna claim D1.
