Stop arguing with him, Jdodge. Just ignore him. He'll be dead soon enough. The more we argue with him, the more he'll keep using it as an excuse to keep fishing for kings the way he is.
That goes for everyone. Do not respond in any way to anything Zombie says from now on. Just pile on the votes.I want us to win just for Yos' inevitable rant alone. -CrashTextDummie- Flameaxe

You first voted me for the sake of getting a bandwagon going, for the sake of speedlynch.JDodge wrote:
You're not realizing why you need to be lynched even though it's been spelled out for you numerous times already. That makes you an idiot. I'm not going to respond to this any more because I don't want to encourage you to post more so that you can harm the town more. Now please, go away and die.ZombieSlayer54 wrote:

This is not your game. This is not in any way suitable for you. You are becoming more of a liability by the moment and you need to die right this instant. You are a horrible player for this sort of game; you think logic reigns supreme in every last situation you see.
Thank you for playing, go away.
I love the irony here. I really do. I should go get some toast for the sake of spreading the irony on it like butter.
Now you say that you were voting me because of the fact that I am harming the town?

Ok then.
I will just shut up and die, and let the town do something I know to be anti-town, "for the sake of the town".
In fact, I may as well do that in all Mafia games I play from now on, since that seems to be the rule of the land around here.HIS NAME IS SIR JEREMY WILKINS, AND THAT IS HOW YOU SHALL ADDRESS HIM!- Yosarian2

(sigh) No, in most games, shutting up and dying would be terrible pro-town play. In this game, in this situation, it's the only think you can do to avoid hurting the town any more. I'll be glad to explain it to you in more detail after the game is over if you really care.I want us to win just for Yos' inevitable rant alone. -CrashTextDummie- ZombieSlayer54

Well then, I may as well just shut up and die in this game, then.
Not like you people will listen to any logic I offer anyways, since you say logic hurts the town.
I STILL can not conceive of how to that works, but I guess it does, since JDodge is such a frickin' expert.
But seriously, if you know people are doing something anti-town, are you just supposed to sit back and let them do it?HIS NAME IS SIR JEREMY WILKINS, AND THAT IS HOW YOU SHALL ADDRESS HIM!- ZombieSlayer54

Problem is, it can be either anti-town or pro-town.
Quicklynching is anti-town if it hits a guard.
Quicklynching is pro-town if it hits an assassin.
1/6 chance it hits an assassin, today.
Oh, wait. I forgot. I am just supposed to sit down, shut up, and die. 'Cause, you know, logic is bad, mkay? ESPECIALLY when you know it is pro-town logic.HIS NAME IS SIR JEREMY WILKINS, AND THAT IS HOW YOU SHALL ADDRESS HIM!- petroleumjelly

Mod Note: I will stave off modkilling ZombieSlayer54, instead replacing that with a warning. Assassins in the Palace II does not require a rule which disallows players from referencing on-going games, specifically because on-going gamesalreadyhave a rule inherent to them which disallows players discussing said games outside the confines of the game. The rule in question here was thus:
MikeBurnFire's Rules wrote:The game is not to be discussed outside of the thread unless your role specifically states that you may do so.... which has been violated here. However, I do not feel the violation in question here was severe enough to warrant a modkilling. Unfortunately, since I was not here to edit his post in a timely manner, the post will remain as-is as a good number of players have undoubtedly already seen this post, and removing it at this time would likely be pointless and overly confusing (especially given that I had to reference MikeBurnFire's rules to show how ZombieSlayer54 was in fact violating a rule).
A second such offense byanyplayer will result in a modkill (so as to deter people from trying to get a "free" reference to an on-going game without repercussion)."Logic? I call that flapdoodle."- Greasy Spot

Yeah, it doesn't work that way. You might as well say that in a normal game scum could just say things to confuse the town and make scumpartner hunting pointless, but you can see through that type of thing, just like the scums can here.ZombieSlayer54 wrote:Too bad that what I say could just end up confusing the Assassins.

The stream gurgles pleasantly from one the one corner of the back of the room, around the almond tree, and back out the other corner of the back of the room. ZombieSlayer54 gives a gurgle as three people walk towards him; two to hold him down, and the third with a silk ribbon to choke the life out of him without leaving a drop of blood.
He crouches low, as if anticipating moves from every side. His hand reaches into one of the crannies of his shirt... and before any move can be made to grab him, a deep purple cloak materializes and he is darting through the room. He covers up his head and torso with the cloak – it is difficult to tell what (if anything) he is doing.
He grabs a person seemingly at random, forcing them both to tumble into the stream. ZombieSlayer54 flashes a maniacal grin. "For Pétrolli" he whispers to Flameaxe quietly with a wry smile, while dropping a piece of fire into the water.
The stream almost instantly erupts into flame. Flameaxe tries to scramble away, but the Assassin has a tight grip on him. "With our time being banished in the Desert, we have found a way to improve upon Greek Fire." His clothes begin to blacken along with his skin. "We've also improved upon a particular Chinese art."
From under his shirt he extracts a tiny little bag with a very short string attached, and ZombieSlayer54 lowers it -- almost agonizingly slowly -- directly over the burning water.
KAPOW!
Paisley patterns or purple flashes into the sky. The congregation in the room shield their faces instinctively, and experience a burst of heat. Hair is blown back, and clothes whip around from the force of the explosion. As the whizzing powders turn to hot ash falling back into the Chamber of Meditation, it is slowly realized that neither of the charred bodies slowly floating towards the edge of the room is a Khalif of Jelluña.
The fiery water crackles in delight.
ZombieSlayer54, Assassin of Pétrolli, has been lynched!
Flameaxe, Guard of Jelluña, has been assassinated!

Day one goes done as a success then. One assassin down and both khalifs still breathing. The question is who do we lynch today?
vote andersonw... yes, no, maybe?[/b]"I can't not give mad props to the murderbot 9000 that was q21." - Spyrex, after Scummies Invitational 2010.
