General

1. I am the Mod and what I say goes. I reserve the right to change the rules or modkill/force-replace players as I see fit. If this happens, all players will be made aware of this fact. However I am likely going to be too busy shitposting in the spekeasy, but if my wrath be summoned, you shall know!
   
2. That being said, I am perfect. But somehow I still make mistakes, if you see one, let me know. If you have questions, comments or whatever feel free to PM me.
   
3. Preface all in-thread messages to the mod with

4. Punishment for breaking any of the following rules is on a case-by-case basis and is therefore not fixed.
   
5. This is a game. Play to win, and have fun, because what’s the point if it’s not fun? Or don't, you guys are going through the dreaded Speakeasy.
   
6. DO NOT TALK ABOUT ONGOING GAMES.

Posting and Voting

1. I hereby reserve the colour
   #FF80FF
   for mod use. Don't use it.
   
2. Do not use invisible, encrypted, or ridiculously small text. Everything posted in the game thread should be public.
   
3. All votes must be written in
   bold
   or use the VOTE: Player tag. Unvotes are helpful, but not necessary.
   
4. Votes may
   not
   be contained inside quote, code, area, or spoiler tags.
   
5. Any player can issue a challenge during stage 3.
   
6. If you need more clarification. Just ask.
   
7. A lynch is reached when day ends and a majority of all players, half players alive plus one, are voting for the same person.

Activity and Deadlines

1. Failure to post once every 48 hours, will result in a prod.
   
2. If you fail to respond to your prod in 24 hours, you will be replaced.
   
3. If you get three prods you will automatically be replaced.
   
4. If your role gives you access to a Private Topic, you may request that a partner be poked. This will not count as an official prod.
   
5. If you are going V/LA please notify me in advance

Game Setup

1. This game is Nightless
   
2. Banned Users(scum) have constant chat
   
3. There are no power roles.
   
4. Setup is a 10-4 Town to Scum ratio.
   
5. This game has 3 distinct phases outlined below

Phase 1 Team Choosing

1. Players must decide on their teams in this phase.
   
2. This phase will last at most a week, but will end immediately upon all teams being decided
   
3. Please bold requests to team with a player as
   Request X to team with me
   other player should bold an acceptance with something such as
   Accept X team request
   
   
4. You can only team up with 1 user. You and your teammate will get a PT after the end of the phase.
   
5. If you have not been teamed up with a user by end of the phase, you will be assigned a team by the Banned Users (scum).

Phase 2 Team Ranking

1. Players will privately submit an order of team rankings to me. 1 being the highest score to 7 being the lowest.
   
2. Team with the lowest average scoring, will be eliminated
   
3. Team with the highest average score, will decide the first challenge between teams for Phase III
   
4. This phase will last at most a week, but will end once all players submit a ranking list.

Phase 3 Challenges

1. After the first challenge decided by the highest ranking team from the Ranking phase, every challenge after can be initiated by any living player.
   
2. You cannot challenge a dead team, your own team, or a fictitious team.
   
3. Challenges are issued by in bold stating "[Your team here] Challenges [Challenged team]"
   
4. Once a challenge has been issued it can't be rescinded (you cannot vote "NOLYNCH") and no other challenge issues after will count until a lynch is achieved.
   
5. Only one member from a team will be lynched at a time.
   
6. A lynch isn't on a team, its on a player within one of the teams.
   
7. Once a lynch is reached, both teams are now freed, and any player from any team can issue a challenge now.
   
8. If no challenge has been issued for a week, the next challenge will be issued by most votes from dead players
