This game seems like a random shoot-'em-up

Those that have shot can stop being killed by those with bullets now. Let them get modkilled and only shoot them should they refuse such a fate. Scum have greater incentive to fire and not lurk while looking townish after they have fired. They also have great incentive to have their shots target someone who has not shot simply because that will lower the total of people with bullets remaining. And also because those with bullets are a threat to them while those without bullets are NOT a threat.

Read my post better. I am now done here, if I am not modkilled in 120 hours because I was dumb enough to be practically hypocritical by posting again, then I encourage any player to kill me. I will hold no grudge to someone that kills me for something like that. You will not go on my night0 kill on site list. You guys can debate my previous points and/with scumhunting if you think I made an error in judgement in my last post, but I don't think I have made any errors.

Those that have shot should say any final words they can think of and then get themselves imediatly mod killed. I like what assmaster is saying. Get your final words in before you are modkilled and if you post something like say after page 6 then you should be shot on sight!. Those yet to shoot should scumhunt based on other stuff I said and weed out the scum that are trying to hold onto their bullets, once all the quick shooters get modkilled. This way quick shooting townie faking scum and bullet holding scum will die and get found the correct ways.

Oh, hello.

I, for some weird reason other than my obvious stupidity, couldn't find the game thread for the life of me. Little did I know, it was in my role pm all along.

imaginality, the local private eye and sometime conspiracy-theorist, woke up and immediately groaned, clutching his head. He scowled at the culprit: the empty bottle of whiskey on the floor by the couch. From the lengthening shadows in the room, it seemed he must have slept through the better part of the day already.

"Well, who wouldn't need a drink, after getting news like that?" he figured. Last night he'd received a call from Ned in Northtown, warning him that the local gang of emo kids were on their way to Midtown, looking to cause trouble.

"In a mooching around sullenly kind of way?"

"Yeah. But with bullets."

No sooner had he hung up the phone than Sam from Southtown called. "Hey, imaginality. You remember you were telling me about how the government had a secret genetic-modification lab somewhere near Southtown? Well... apparently they've been genetically engineering cows. To make them intelligent. Well, intelligent enough to be soldiers. They look almost human, I'm told. Yeah, big news, but I only found out about it because some friends of mine, animal rights activists, tried to free the cows. Once they'd escaped from the compound, the cows shot the activists, and were last seen heading to Midtown."

"Really?"

"No bull."

He'd been trying to get his head round that - cows with guns? when the phone rang again.

"Eddie? It's been a while... you still living in Easttown?"

"Not any more. Not much left of Easttown since the werewolves came through."

"Werewolves?"

"Yeah. Did you know they migrate? Something to do with the solar eclipse, I think. Anyhow... from the trail of bones, it looks like they've headed off on the road to Midtown. Probably get there tomorrow. That's why I'm calling you, to warn you. They might look human in the daytime, but that's when you've gotta kill them, cos they're unstoppable at night. Vicious killing machines. Thirty Easttowners dead, and we only managed to kill one female werewolf."

"Wow, that's a bitch."

imaginality had put the phone down, looked outside at the rising full moon, and then opened his full bottle of whiskey. He vaguely remembered another call, something about trolls? but he'd been drunk already by then, and by the next time the phone had rung, he was already lying on the couch in a blissful stupor.

And now it was tomorrow. Were there really werewolves, cows, emo kids in town? Trolls, even? He shook his head. Surely his friends were playing a prank on him. The fact they'd all called within a few minutes of each other pretty much confirmed it.

"Well. Whether or not all that's true, I know one thing. I'm out of whiskey."

imaginality got up, and walked to his front door. Opened the door, stepped outside, starting to cross the street. The liquor store was open, across the street, right where it should be.

Thirty or so bodies were sprawled, against the walls and along the street, right where they shouldn't be.

He didn't like the sight of that. He liked the sight of other people swivelling their guns towards him as they heard the sound of his footsteps even less. imaginality considered his options, and sprinted across the street and into the liquor store. Let the wolves, cows, emos and trolls fight it out amongst themselves for a bit, and then maybe think about getting involved. Besides, he only had one bullet in his gun, no point using it too soon.

In the meantime... he lifted a bottle of vodka to his mouth. It was important to keep his spirits up while he waited.

[Iron Man]

As imaginality sits in the liquor store drinking his life away, a local man steps up to the door. He cautiously opens the door and steps inside. Turning, he steps up to imaginality with his hand outstretched.

"Hey there, name's Eric, but all my friends call me Iron Man. How's it goin?"

imaginality, still in the midst of his inebriation, takes his time in his response, with a pondering look upon his face, like he was trying to solve an old riddle he once knew the answer to.

After a few moments, he replies, "Well, the folks are here call me imaginality. I'm the local P.I."

In light of this news, Iron Man feels his spirits rising.

"Oh! Well that means you can help us with whats been happening around here. I myself have no clue what's going on. All I know is that a bunch of people showed up from out of town this morning and started shooting everybody. It's a madhouse out there!"

"Yeah, it sure is," Imaginality replies quietly.

[Cybele]

Shit.

Heaving shoulders. Blushed cheeks, glistening with fresh sweat.

Shit.

Her arms ached dully. Throbbing from the bruise above her left eye.

Shit. Goddamned cows.

It was a nightmare. A fiasco. An f'ing dungheap.

Shit! Where'd Niv go?

Lost track of him during the stampede. Caught a hoof to the face. Little fuzzy after that.

That was the last damned protest she was ever going to. Screw those cows. Vegan or not, she was about to make an exception.

Time to take inventory. Two working arms? Check. Legs, functional? Check. Opposable thumbs? Double check.

That's one thing I got that those bovine freaks don't. Ha!

Moving slowly, hoping to hell she was as abandoned as she thought she was, Cybele rose from her prone position. Oohh... Ribs creaked. Swooning steps.

Concussion? Check.

The trampled ground was littered with the twisted, broken frames of protestor and pig... err, make that cop... alike. Grimacing she patted down the body of a former civil protection officer. Luckily, her endeavor yielded a prize greater than she expected, a loaded pistol.

Wait. What the f'ck was a cop doing with a gun? These bastards are only supposed to have a billy club, tear gas and a riot shield. Shiiiii-iit!

Calm down. This bastard's already bit it. Time to move on.

You misunderstand what we're trying to achieve here. If I were you I probably would have asked for clarification before wasting my bullet but *shrug*.

The point is that it reduces the numbers in a way that makes it explicitly clear who the scum are. The scum will get outed because they are the ones that refuse to suicide, yes, but once they're outed, all we then do is shoot them in the face.
