Oh, it was absolutely not the strat that I scum read, it was the way you went about it and your avoidance of actually scumhunting (outside of the strat) during it that was the big red flag.

Sorry if I came across as annoying in the 3 way Kitty, was just struggling to follow your thought process -> actions since we seem to play the game in polar opposite ways and wanted to confirm my town read on you before hammering.

Agree, the logic behind it I think is he believes that if he's not lynched the person he's threatening to vengekill is more likely mafia and thus mafia are avoiding assisting in his lynch but if anything I'd be more inclined to lynch him as mafia if he's threatening myself or my partner. If he overthinks and doesn't follow through with the shot it's a win and if he does you get a 3 way lylo which is fine as scum normally.

In particular, the EV even after a successful vengeshot (1/3) is better for scum than the original EV (2/5 iirc).
