well, depends where in vermont you are, because we'd be basically sticking to the border between NY and Vermont during most of the trip, so we could potentially pick you up.

I've watched drinking competitions before. It's not like there's driving right afterwards. I also didn't say I was going to take part in the competition. The main problem she had was the drugs

Yeah, this is why I didn't want to bring this up in the meet thread. Acetaminophen, ethyl alcohol, caffeine, nicotine - all gnarly drugs that leave a footprint on your body. They're innocuous because they're mainstays of legal chemical culture.

I apologize for my parents' worrying. Honestly, if not for the fact that I'm still a "dependent" and still living at home as I haven't graduated college yet, I wouldn't ask them. Just telling them "hey I'm going to new jersey for a week with people I've never met in person before" wouldn't work well, regardless of whether I'm 21 or not, especially with my parents.

So, looking promising for me to be able to come. I just need a bit more discussion on travel logistics for the Canadians coming down so I can figure out if I can go with them or not.

Highlights of the day:
Me and Elmo being scumbuddies in 3 out of 4 straight games. The 3rd one of them, neither of us could keep a straight face, and just confessed to being scum.
Taking an hour to walk to a diner after we thought we knew where it was, but didn't.
A game where there were 7 alive with 1 scum, and nobody thought anyone was scum, so we were lynching people we thought were "less town".

I remember that game. I think I was watching it at the time. How would you describe that face he made?

Cow standing up at the start of one game, and declaring "Ok, I'm scum, and Incognito's my scumbuddy. Let's lynch Incognito." The amusing part is, it actually almost worked; Incognito almost instantly got 3 other people voting for him. Cow actually was scum (see rule #1) and Incognito was town.

He was doctor too, that would've been amazing.


Anyway, I was awful as scum in that meet until that game just before we left for the diner. Then I got slightly better, but still not great.
As pretty much anyone there would attest, I was pretty obvscum in most games in which I was scum.
