I wouldn't recommend going to any Microsoft OS until it has been vetted for 6 months to a year. By then they have gotten rid of several, but not all, vulnerabilities.

Well I guess it really depends on how you use your machine. I am probably thinking more from a work mindset than a home use.

I will say the latest Office products suck balls and I don't recommend that at all.
