If Northern California people want a very limited carpool, I'm willing to do that but my schedule means I may have to go and come back at a moment's notice. I'm not too dependable of a ride but I am willing if that makes sense. Like last resort kinda deal. Not first.

I think shortening the meet is better. As much as I love meets, I think a shorter meet is better for those of us who have to do adulting things.

Bart or santa cruz would be better.

LA people take a train to SF. Then bart to stop within walking distance of house.

Northern people drive to a Bart up north with free parking, then take bart to the southern most expanses.

Again for people talking about flying, I am in conversations with the owner who says they are trying do fix a leak in the bathroom and they are trying to see if the contractor will be done by the time we would check in. Thanks for the approximations. I plan on being there, but which days depends on a trial that I have. That is unlikely to be documented until much closer. So don't worry on my behalf if you want to book. I can commute regardless of trial status.
