So this just happened:
I attended a sales presentation designed to part me from my money.
During the presentation the guy asked me some questions in an attempt to figure me out and present his offer.
So I'm answering his questions and he replies with an incorrect statement.
In order not to seems like a know it all I allow his statement to pass without correcting him. To me it was no big deal; I thought perhaps he made a simple mistake.
After a while he gets to the offer. He comes out and makes a false statement again.
This time money is involved so I tell him "the way I understand is this"....
We keep going and this happens twice more. So four times in all he's made "mistakes" in his presentation. Once didn't matter but three more times in order to get me to buy and possibly pay more.
I didn't buy for reasons.
After the presentation my cousin who had attended with me said that the guy made that first statement as a test to see how intelligent I was to see if he could trick me. Because I didn't correct him he thought I was dumb and would fall for anything he said.

My childhood nursery rhymes made me think that Muffin Men would be a bigger deal than they turned out to be.
One time, back in 'nam, Sudo was set upon by an entire squadron of charlies. He challenged them all to a game of Pictionary, which he won resoundingly. The charlies were forced to not only surrender the skirmish, but also their world-famous chili recipe, which Sudo sold to Texas for a hefty profit. Sudo is a master of diplomacy.

I saw a car with a license plate that said TIGERMAN. I followed it for a while, but it didn't do anything suspicious.

I actually just looked up Muffin Men to see what they were, expecting them to be some kind of obscure baked goods that I hadn't heard of. I'm an idiot.

I hope they're microwavable wines.

it's better to put anything named "mousse snowman" or "marshmallow santa" out of its misery sooner rather than later
