Ok, I was bored today, so I checked the memberlist, to find out that lots of members didn't post at all, or posted a few times. So I counted how many members did post, eventhough it was only 1 post. I got a total of

121

, which seems small compared to the

380

registered users. if you do the math, that's

259

members that that didn't post. That, plus the people that posted once or twice.

Now, how do get rid of/prevent poeple like this from reistering? Nobody will ever know.

They are, unfortunately, a necesary evil. Their names can be purged after a while though.

Did you really count all of them? In case you didn't know, you can just sort them by posts and find the last one. They are numbered for you.

And a lot of those members got transferred from the old board but haven't posted here, even though they posted there. A more meaningful number might be those who've signed up since the crash but haven't posted.

Yeah, if you feel like doing some actual work, see how many people with, say, more than 5 posts, have made a post since the new board has been up.

Oh yeah. After the first crash I was here for, we didn't reset post counts...so while I was reset to zero, most other players were not. I fogot that wasn't the case this time. My bad.

if you count the people that have posted at least five times there are 101 that means 30 people are lazy or just joined
