Basically yeah. There's at least two theories I've seen about how this has to be a doomed timeline.
Doc Scratch said something Act 5 about how the Seer and Knight wouldn't remain cadavers for long because the Alpha Timeline wouldn't let that happen. And then Meenah had a conversation with Aranea telling her that her actions were going to cause everyone to die and force a doomed timeline.
The other option I've heard is that John is gonna fix everything with his glitching.
All I know is.... I DON'T WANT TO WAIT A WEEK!

Terezi made it! All she had to do was get stabbed repeatedly, mind-controlled into stabbing herself, and blasted into a nearby planet. This makes her the only surviving member of the original 12 trolls, although Aranea and Her Condescension are also there to round out the species.

Dirk never showed up in the flash at all. I don't remember where he was before the gigapause. I think he was teleported to the furthest ring by a brainwashed Jade?

Here's the deathcount, as far as I can tell:
Karkat - stabbed and dropped into lava by Gamzee
Gamzee - WHO CARES HOW, DON'T JINX IT
Kanaya - vaporized by Her Imperious Condescension
Dave - died heroically trying to pry Jade's corpse away from two angry first guardian-powered chess dog jester crows
Jake - took a sword for Jane
Jane - Aranea killed her anyway

Rose was rescued by Roxy at the last minute, which makes me secondguess whether this is getting retconned. If this was an EVERYONE DIES; TRY AGAIN timeline, then there's not much point in saving her when Hussie could have pumped that deathcount even higher. I don't know; I'll just wait to see where the pieces fall.
