I'm tired of the iKonboard logo

ah, the joys of the Gimp.well, this one isn't exactly new, but I did make it, and it would have the pleasant effect of making the forums match the actual site in some way...

I agree - I like Luna's banner, but I'm not sure about the black background. It looks good on the main part of the site, but I don't think it will work on the boards - there's too much stuff here.

But that would lose the Italian-flag-colours reference, and probably wouldn't look good anyway.Maybe a white or transparent background, and the letters outlined in black?~can't do anything until she gets home, as her employers have cruelly neglected to provide her with a copy of the gimp~

How about some sort of fading-to-grey-then-white border around it? It's kind of difficult to explain what I'm thinking of but, basically, it would still be black with the Italian flag text in the middle, but fading to white at the outer edges. It'd have to be a bit bigger though, I think, to accomodate that.

Get one of those icons that wanders around the screen, usually in front of what you're reading. ;Yours should be bigger, though, and blinking. ;Sound effects would also be neat.
