I have a newfound appreciation for pop music

there's a difference between bland and pop that I feel like I can somewhat recognize

confession:

I just discovered W.A.S.P for the first time in the past few months, I've been slowly digesting their stuff

fuck, they're very good (maybe great? TBD)

The Drag City label put almost all their stuff on streaming services today...of course the gap is Joanna Newsom on Spotify.

I can't stop watching the Childish Gambino video for "This is America". It's some powerful commentary. Well done.

This is probably my favourite performance of a song I've come across.

I can confirm that he is just as passionate and raw live as he is in this video.

Hey, so I got a new desktop and I've been thinking about trying a new different music player. I've generally always used winamp or itunes, but I'm sure there's something better out there. Any recommendations?

Yeah I got a notification about it on my phone. Honestly big names don't even need to advertise album drops now because of that.

I just saw marilyn manson and rob zombie in concert last week. That ess amazing. Like. Dope show, sweet dreams, Dracula, and the cover of enter sandman rob zombie did. The rest of the concert was also great. They put on a crazy show.

Yeah I would have gone to that show if Manson wasn't on the ticket. Not a huge fan of his output

There was moments i was highly disturbed by the things he did. like. he burned a bible part way through. im not a huge christian or anything , but i do live in a christian home, and that seemed a bit much.

BUUUUUTTTT, when he did dope show, and also when he did beautiful people and sweet dreams, it made up. it was great.

Rob Zombie killed it and wasn't ever highly disturbing. I mean, there was the moment when he started playing hentai on the big screen, but i wouldnt really consider that disturbing.

He did enter sandman hella good, and he kept really good energy throughout the entire concert. i would have to say rob did better.

Zombie does some great covers. There's a cover of American Band by Grand Funk on one of his newer albums that's stellar
