Guys, last weekend I was explaining basic mafia theory to Penn Jillette, Perry Friedman and Frank Kassela (the latter two being World Series of Poker bracelet holders). They thought the cabin was great. Maybe I'll get them to visit.

I knew there was something happening at Easter that I had to make sure you guys knew about you you didn't book it when I couldn't make it!

I believe I am attending a stag do in Barcelona at the end of the final week (8th-10th) but looking at the actual dates that's right at the end. I guess I could just leave on Thursday if you booked it for that last week

I was originally concerned because I thought my holiday dates were different but all is good with the world.

Bellaphant, the proposed dates that would allow bv to fly in to join us would wrap around Easter Sunday - what's this look like for you if that happens? We've been at a cabin in Derbyshire for the last three years; if you have to be away on the Sunday, would it be somewhere that's close enough to make a brief departure & return feasible? It would be really nice to have a new face join us if we can make that happen.

EDIT: I also note from the booking site that, while it's only early enough to reserve rather than confirm booking for that time of year, only one of the lodges is available for the week of 1-8, while both are available for 25-1. So our decision may be made anyway.

Yeah, my first priority is to get as many of us as possible together, but I would miss the cabin if we didn't go back.

I'd be fine with the vacation bridging over Easter on the 27th. Then we can do our egg hunt on Easter this year.

Seriously, though; when's the fly-out/fly-back? Is it fly out on the 25th and back on the 1st, or be there on those dates, or what? Also, I'd probably need somebody to come get me.

If we do that week (which I assume we probably will), then we'd be checking in on the afternoon of the 25th and leaving on the morning of the 1st. I imagine exact arrival depends on what kind of flights you can get - Birmingham is the closest international airport, but I'll let actual drivers comment on what works. We'd definitely find a way to get you, though.
