This thread is going up a little earlier than it did last year so that we're in less of a last-minute rush to nail down a booking and also hopefully to get even more people attending than last time. If you've been on the fence about coming to a previous meet, we would love for you to come along and join the Commonwealth!

Burton-on-Trent in Derbyshire, England. It's in the Peak District, with Birmingham, Leicester, Nottingham and Manchester being the nearest cities. We'll be aiming to book the same place as the last two years, which means one or two cabins in a lovely woodland retreat. Cost:
Depends on whether we get one cabin or two (will get two if we have >10 people) and, after that, how many are coming to split the price. Last year, 12 of us paid £75 each. UPDATE: We're now confirmed for two cabins but will be slightly more expensive than last year for reasons. More info going to those who need it when I come round looking for deposit money but at current headcount estimate we're looking at around £80 each total.Things to do:
